“April is so sweet and thoughtful. She went so far as to hand slice my cinnamon crunch bagel so I wouldn't lose my crunchies. She met me once and remembered me. Many of us are fighting invisible battles and customer service while out and about can for me make or break my day. Thank God for people like April who truly care!“

“I had a great experience! I was in just to get some bagels and cream cheese. I came in right after opening so some of the bagels I wanted weren't out yet. Duncan went in the back and collected them for me and sliced them up as I requested. I experienced great customer service and would visit again.“

“Overall very nice location, however my mom did order a special iced tea and it was out (nothing indicating that at the time of order). Staff were keeping up with wiping down the tables. The location is nice and cozy, honestly I had no idea it was there. Fairly easy to get in and out of. I still have to say pricing is high for the amount of food you get. I'd still recommend. I got their dragon fruit drink (maybe something with passion fruit in it), the drink was absolutely beautiful and tasty too! Its great that they are right near the hotel, I'm sure they have a lot of walk in business“

“Really delicious food prepared fresh for me. I got my order within 10 mins of ordering it online. I ordered all my favorites of course and everything tasted so good and portions are generous. They have self order kiosks that always seem to be in working order.

Amazing restaurant space with nice indoor and outdoor seating. You’ll often find alot of students studying here

Also one of the few places with a decent parking situation.

All around great for students and not bad even if you’re driving near the area“

“Had a issue with an order. I approached an employee, manager (I hope) Her name tag looked like KM or Ki. Later found it was Kim. She fixed my food, personally I think. I never stop at Panera but WOW. I will definitely be exploring this chain closer. I live in Marysville Ohio but the Hilliard location seems to have it great. Hope Kim is the Manager up here.“

“Great place to meet with friends for lunch with its relaxing atmosphere made cozy by the burning fire place in cold weather. The place was clean and the food fresh and tasty. It seems a bit pricey lately but our rewards card helped to offset the price for lunch.“

“I visited this location recently and was really let down by the lack of cleanliness. The moment I walked in, I noticed the trash was piling out of the bins, dust was everywhere, and the coffee counter was so dirty and sticky. Hygiene should be a priority for any food business, and it's hard to enjoy your drink when the environment feels this neglected. I wouldn't recommend this place until they do a deep clean. I hope management takes sanitation more seriously.“
