“I came in for a takeout order and Thara at the register was extremely sweet. She was efficient, kind, and just had an overall great energy to be around. She presented some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Should out to Thara you’re a rockstar!!“
“This is Panera Grab & Go ( It IS NOT a Dine-In Store. With that being said the hours are Different: Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:00pm and Closed Sat & Sun. Of course the Food is Great and so is the Staff. I love that I can place my order online and then for pickup… I just Grab It & Go !!! It definitely works for me. Should I want to dine in .. there are so many dine in locations to choose from. This Grab & Go is close to home and definitely works for me !!“
“The food was great! I ordered a Pick Two with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Strawberry Lemon Poppyseed Salad, along with a brownie for dessert.
When I arrived to pick up my order, they were unfortunately out of brownies, but the staff was very friendly and quickly helped me choose a substitute without any hassle. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was excellent.
Good food, friendly staff, and a smooth experience overall. I couldn't ask for more!“
