I don't know why I even bother giving this location chance after chance. If I order a sandwich it seems like it is balled up in it's wrapping paper, if I order a salad I have to pick a good amount of bad lettuce out of it and today I ordered a sesame ginger chicken bowl. I got no chicken, browned red cabbage, slimy chunks of arugula, see through mushy cucumbers. As much money as Panera can cost for a meal they should do better. I wish NCH would get a different vendor in here.
I visited this location recently and was really let down by the lack of cleanliness. The moment I walked in, I noticed the trash was piling out of the bins, dust was everywhere, and the coffee counter was so dirty and sticky. Hygiene should be a priority for any food business, and it's hard to enjoy your drink when the environment feels this neglected. I wouldn't recommend this place until they do a deep clean. I hope management takes sanitation more seriously.
genuinley a waste of money, 24 dollars for 2 half sandwiches smaller than the size of my palm. tasted okay though.

Panera Bread is a great place to eat and have a good time. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing great customer service. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and the food is delicious, with popular items like the creamy Mac and cheese. However, during busy hours, there can be a bit of confusion, and occasionally, small mistakes may occur, such as missing utensils. Despite this, the restaurant is highly recommended, but note that it is closed on Sundays.
