Normally my favorite chain restaurant! But I was let down at this location. The food itself was decent, but I came in 45 minutes before closing and they were already putting everything away to close. I felt like a very large inconvenience ordering my food. The staff was still friendly, just not the normal experience for Piada.
The chipotle across the street has messed up our orders multiple times and never did anything to fix their mistakes. Piada here was amazing. Great service, great customer interaction. We will be back and not at chipotle
This has become my favorite location. The quality is consistent and fresh. The service is always on point. The vibes are there. The employees always look happy to be there, and are willing to help assist in any way possible. I’ve noticed the change when Caitlin took over this location. She has made noticeable changes to the food quality and guest experience. As someone who has worked in the industry, I try to give people their flowers - and she is such an asset to this company....
