She generously offered discounts to everyone who was there at the time, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated by all of us. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.
I was having trouble redeeming a code from the app, and she went out of her way to assist me with the process. Her patience and willingness to help really stood out and showed her commitment to excellent customer service. Although I don’t remember her name, she knows who she is, and her outstanding service made a significant impact on my experience.
