“The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“

“Update: given that I drive by there often, I noticed it no longer had cars stuck in the drive through and I started coming back again for the lovely spicy sandwich! Keep it up folks!
It's awesome Popeyes but they have sloths working there. Wanna get stuck for half hour in the drive through with only 3 cars in ahead of you then this is your place.“

“My girl Mya from night shift around 10/10:30 went over and beyond to make sure my order was correct … she had great customer service and an exceptional attitude. A perfect face to represent your establishment. I personally tipped her for the service she provided. I hope you guys show your employees appreciation because she was amazing“
“I went there recently to ask if I could buy some Sweet Heat sauce. The lovely lady allowed me to do that and I really appreciated that. Popeyes food is always good and the people is what makes the store. Only issues I've had, is wrong order a few times. I also hope when the city finishes up rebuilding Broad Street they can give that area some much needed tlc on the environment surrounding the store. Maybe have some green spaces to eat outside the store.“

“Service was great, quick, and I liked the witty banter between the co-workers and the manager. Unfortunately its rare to come across a good Popeyes location but glad I randomly stopped at this one. I will be returning next time I'm in the area.“
“This is Popeyes. There is always a long wait. Nothing is going to move fast at this location. If you don't have time to wait I would suggest going somewhere else. I've had to leave before because I stood in line for a half hour and still wasn't waited on. I still had two people ahead of me. It seems to be a very large inconvenience to ask for anything such as condiments silverware or anything and I do mean anything. The food is a little on the pricey side. You would think considering the price of the food and the the long waits you would receive better service but that is not always the case. The one thing I can say is that the parking lot is small hard to get in and out of but the adjacent parking lot is huge it can handle RVs, semis, trucks, trailers. This is not somewhere I would plan on bringing any small children to for sure possibly older teenagers but definitely not small children. There are never any napkins or condiments in the lobby area you must always ask for napkins and condiments as well as silverware. Double check to make sure you receive all of your items whether your dining in or going through the drive-thru.“

“I hate to even write these words.
It feels like cheating on God’s chicken.
But it’s Sunday, so it wasn’t *really* cheating.
I wasn’t expecting to like it.
But I did. 😳
The spicy sandwich was crispy. Juicy. Hot (temperature). Not spicy enough, but I couldn’t get over how well it was cooked.
The sides were *okay*. Bland. A little boring. I was expecting more out of my Cajun Sparkle dust on the fries. My son liked the taste of the rice and beans but not the smell. My other son said the Mac n cheese was boring and tasteless.
Two out of three of us said we would return. Only for the sandwich though.“
“Idk if there’s new management here but I was so surprised when I got my food delivered yesterday that I received.. honey packets, hot sauce, silverware.. & since I moved here I’ve been ordering from this place & never received that.. I spoke with a women name B she stated she’s the manager and she’s doing a wonderful job with the night crew“
“First visit in the new location. The pickle chips are 🔥, they definitely should keep them on the menu. Good portion for 3.99 The gum gum lemonade is on point. Didn't try the frozen version. But definitely will soon. The strawberry cake is good oddly the drink and cake complement each other well. I had the pickle chips with ranch. Place was spotless in the dining area. They have a kiosk as well you can place your order on. I used the app but when in because they have a double line drive thru amd couldnt see how many cars were in it .“
“The young man who waited on me was so kind before I can get in the door. Good. Was speaking and smiling. Your store need more people like him. I'm very proud of him. He was very professional, very courteous and loving. Just a very kind young man. I am blessed to have just been in his presence.“
