“My driver was having a bad day and I decided to stop at Popeye's on my way home to grab her sandwich so she could calm down. I have to say everything was fantastic. I ordered on the app And I tried to call to change the order a little bit over the phone but the gentleman that answered the phone was very respectful when he told me that they were very busy and I would have to come in to speak to them. I was cool with that. So we get there and everything was perfect and hot and fresh. I saw the manager inside and she was kind as well. I wish that ALL of the others can learn from this location.“

“I've eaten here several times over the past 9 months. Its never fast but its always delicious. I always use the app to order. Only once did they forget to put my fries in the bag, but when I said something they gave them to me without trouble.“
“I went there recently to ask if I could buy some Sweet Heat sauce. The lovely lady allowed me to do that and I really appreciated that. Popeyes food is always good and the people is what makes the store. Only issues I've had, is wrong order a few times. I also hope when the city finishes up rebuilding Broad Street they can give that area some much needed tlc on the environment surrounding the store. Maybe have some green spaces to eat outside the store.“

I went tonight and the workers were rude while I was trying to order my bfs food in the drive thru and asked them if the chicken contained milk or eggs cause I have severe allergy’s and she saying it’s made with fillet with an attitude and I figure she just couldn’t hear so I asked again at the window and her an the manager said it doesn’t contain milk or eggs but them having an attitude made me not believe them and they never went to check they box for ingredients like everyone else n my bf googled it after n im definitely allergic so they could have killed me cause they didn’t wanna go look at a box“

It feels like cheating on God’s chicken.
But it’s Sunday, so it wasn’t *really* cheating.
I wasn’t expecting to like it.
But I did. 😳
The spicy sandwich was crispy. Juicy. Hot (temperature). Not spicy enough, but I couldn’t get over how well it was cooked.
The sides were *okay*. Bland. A little boring. I was expecting more out of my Cajun Sparkle dust on the fries. My son liked the taste of the rice and beans but not the smell. My other son said the Mac n cheese was boring and tasteless.
Two out of three of us said we would return. Only for the sandwich though.“
“I ❤️❤️❤️ this location! THEYRE THE BEST! The foods always ready and hot. There aren't any long waits like ALL the others. (FLORIDA INCLUDED). The Mgr is the 💣! She's always kind to the COTA OPERATORS knowing we have very short breaks. She even makes orders herself! RARE! My schedule changed so I will MISS THIS STORE & THE GREAT SERVICE!

“First day ordered chicken wrap and the second day ordered tenders and wings, every time chicken was undercooked. Idk if some people like it that way, but I don’t think it’s supposed to have uncooked spots. Stuff is nice, but you can tell they are underpaid and short stuffed.“
“I was there today about an hour ago I heard the lady I’m assuming the restaurant manager cursing out another employee she was screaming about cancer mans stuff made me walk out no one should go there that’s very unprofessional to be yelling in a establishment with people in your drive thru and inside your store !
I came back into the establishment weeks later and the lady that was there recognized me and apologized for the inconvenience last and gave great customer service and also gave me a free apple lie !“
“The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“
