“This location has gotten better but still need to slow down a bit. Always forgetting our extra sauce and lid was not secure on cup and made the carrier wet and all 4 drinks broke through the bottom.“

“Dave’s Hot Chicken is an excellent place to have lunch or dinner! It does smell a bit weird and the smell does kind of ruin your appetite but otherwise it’s a great place! The food comes out like 5 minutes after you order it and I recommend their sauce 🍗🥗“

“When we drove through for breakfast everyone working outside was so nice. Today we had a sweet girl named Shay who was so very helpful. Sometimes we eat inside, and everyone who works in this restaurant seems to really enjoy working there! Thank you, Jack & Polly“

“it was mediocre. the chicken was like popeyes except a little spicier. The seasoning on the fries was super salty. The lemonade had a metallic taste. My 7 year old did like the mac and cheese though.“

“First time for Korean fried chicken and it’s the best fried chicken I’ve had in Columbus. Really delicious! It was so crispy and the three kinds of sauces we tried were all so good. My favorite was probably the garlic soy chicken. Would give the chicken a 5/5. We also shared a veggie sampler and these were not so good and would give these 2-3/5. The service was good and the space is clean and very Korean with screens going with various k pop bros and other Korean themes. There are many other items besides fried chicken so looking forward to coming back to try some of there other items like seafood pancakes. Overall nice experience and would give it a 4.5/5 across the board.“

The location was not difficult to find when arriving. There’s not really any seating when you get there, but the atmosphere was great.
We ordered the catfish nugget dinner. Catfish was seasoned very well. The fries were fresh! This plate, although ordering a small, was filled and almost overflowing! The place gives you a lot more than what you paid for but clearly worth it.
I would highly recommend. It was a spot we stopped by on our saying passing through Columbus.“

“Love this new location! The owners are very nice and kind! The staff is fabulous and the chicken salad phenomenal! They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. So if you’re hungry for something other than the usual burger and fries, definitely check this place out, they have 12 flavors of chicken salad made fresh daily, either a sandwich or with crackers you can’t go wrong. Located at 4345 W. Dublin-Granville Road in the Shoppes at River Ridge.“

“Everyone at this location has great customer service. They are super sweet. I ordered a DoorDash through this location and they didn’t give me the option on DoorDash to add the roasted barbecue sauce .so I politely called the store and asked them if it wasn’t an inconvenience if they could, please just add some sauce to my bag the girl who answered the phone was super sweet and so accommodating, and such a small gesture can make a customer so happy. I really appreciate it even though with something so simple, thank you so much. If you are reading this review , it’s the little things that count. I also work in customer service. Thank you!!!!!!!!“

“We have ordered rice now through door dash. Both times the food has been hot, labeled correctly and packaged great. The sauces are amazing and the loaded fries are great. My favorite thing is that cute little karate bird!“

“The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“

“I bought some chicken nuggets there last Sunday . Apparently they were cross contaminated with some of your shellfish products . I am highly allergic to shellfish . I have been sick since Sunday . I have never had a problem with the food , or service in the five years that I have eaten there . Not sure If I will eat there again .“

“this was my first time here today. the chicken is fantastic I loved it. the man who was serving me was so nice and he made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this place to everybody. I live in Etna and I will come down here and get this chicken anytime.“
