“Just moved here from Texas and this is the first decent food we’ve had since we got here! Everything is fresh and delicious. You can see them making your food. Flouring and frying…. Everything was superb. Hush puppies were OUT OF THIS WORLD. The owner was polite and kind and explained the menu me. Very friendly! Will be back soon! “For a fast food, fried seafood place in Columbus this shop can't be beat. The food comes out fast, the staff is nice, and overall you get a good bang for your buck. I would say the crab cakes weren't necessarily the best, but for the price there is a great crab flavor in it compared to some places that lack that in lieu of cheaper ingredients, and I'd gladly spend about $10 on a crab cake platter compared to almost 3x as much else where despite it being slightly lacking. The fried smelts were exactly what I expected and the Mac salad and chips were top notch. I'll be coming back again for sure“
