“Omg! What an experience. I wish Fort Wayne had a place like this. Started off with thee warmest greeting from Kevin the manager of the location. He explain menu items patiently and gave me suggestions on the selections he liked the most. Crazy thing. I'm not a mac n' chz fan or bake bean fan. I rarely eat either but Kevin suggested I try them and suggested I try 'em the way HE eats them. Mixed! That was way out of my league but he was really on to something! I loved it! Medium sauce on chicken is more bold than hot. Fried Pickles were good. Everything was good. Kevin really is THAT guy tho. He checked on everyone. Super friendly but not fake. Genuine. Like the family member that wants to make sure you're eating good. He was very generous as well. The restaurant was clean. Food was fresh. Can't wait to go back.“
“I came on Thursday.....I ordered smothered chicken, greens and mac n cheese. Greens and mac were great. Chicken was kinda dry, but smothered in gravy. Rolls were to die for. They were buttery warm and all together good. Nice place to have down home cooking. I felt like i was in my mama kitchen. The owner came out and introduced herself. Nice touch. I will be back. You have to know that directions are sketchy at best. It is located in the back of rhema church. There is a small awning that says cafe. Enter through those doors. There is no signage“
“The menu alone was anything and everything you could Want my wings were fresh hot and her food is always amazing the icing on the cake was watching Michele teach these young kids and knowing she started this program was it for Me !! I will definitely be back for breakfast and so much more“

“I happened upon this place on google. I have been 3 times and the food is perfect each time. I wish the inside had a better vibe, it is kind of stiff. But paper towels at each table is a nice touch! I wish parking was easier to maneuver.Most of all - I wish they had better hours. It is bizarre how a restaurant closes at 4p during the week and 8p on weekends. Please stay open longer!“
“This is my favorite place to go when I get out. I only go in the day early. Well I went this evening 7:30 drove and 1 1/2 hr in a Friday snow storm, not busy. This time I was soo disappointed and I was bragging. I was surprised the food was trash. Butter sauce was not hot spicy wise, I don’t eat pork they put pork sausage in after I made it clear. Tonight just was not it. If I do deal with them again it’ll be in the mid day. Service was horrible, had 3 diffent servers it was a mess.“
“OMG. That was literally THE BEST caribbean cuisine experience I have ever had! The food was delicious. The portions are plentful. The customer service was excellent. No issues. I may have waited 5 minutes for my order. I ordered the spicy jerk chicken dinner and the oxtail dinner. All I could do while I ate was shake my head. It was just so good. I was not disappointed. This place is the truth. Very well worth the drive.“

“I recently enjoyed LB's golden fried fish and chicken at the Firm Foundation event and couldn't resist going back for seconds. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the food was consistently hot and delicious. LB's has become my new go-to spot for a satisfying meal—you definitely need to check them out!“
“Finally had the opportunity to try them. The fried catfish was excellent. The breading was light and well seasoned. The whipped hot sauce was tasty. There was another sauce that was like an extra vinegary hot sauce that was amazing. The greens w turkey neck were some of the best greens I’ve had. “I passed this place about a month ago. It got my attention and I wanted to try it. I'm tired of the fast food places and their lousy service. Well, for my first stop there, I was impressed. It isn't fancy but it's the food that counts. I ordered the turkey ribs, greens, and dirty rice for my first order. It was about a 10 min wait and worth it. Meal was $13. Oh, it came with cornbread. It was delicious. Turkey was tender. The sauce was tasty. The dirty rice was so YUM. Greens were a little soggy but yummy. The cornbread was the texture that falls apart when you touch it. It too was delicious. I am looking forward to returning and trying more.“
