Raising Cane's Reviews
The Cane sauce is my favorite!!! The Texas toast is a strong second! for this location, the portions were too small for the price AND the chicken was so small that they could pass for chicken nuggets.
Ordered a box combo, no slaw, extra sauce. Received 3 tenders, one sauce, slaw, and a tiny handful of cold and soggy fries. Besides my order being incorrect, every single time I go through the drive thru, they ask if I want ketchup at the window, I say yes please, yet they don’t give me ketchup. How do you ask someone if they want ketchup, they say yes, then you don’t put it in the bag? Makes sense. Only leaving a review because this has happened on my last 8 visits...read full review
I never got to speak to this wonderful person behind the counter, yet she was so nice and respectful to several customers with special needs. The world needs more kind people like her.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a popular restaurant known for its delicious chicken, fries, and Texas toast. The food is consistently good, with only occasional issues with overcooked fries. Customers praise the tasty lemonade, which is usually refreshing, although some have noticed it tasted a little off on certain visits, possibly due to the ice machine. The service is fast and friendly, even when the drive-thru is packed, and the staff often bring food directly to the table. The chicken fingers are always fresh, crispy, and juicy, with the Cane’s Sauce being especially addictive. The atmosphere is casual and lively, making it a good place for families and groups. The coleslaw and fries are above average, and many enjoy the overall quality of the meal. Some feel that with the large number of customers, the chicken could be fried a little longer to ensure it is fully cooked on the inside, as fried on the outside but wet inside can be unappealing. Despite this, most customers find Raising Cane's to be a reliable spot for tasty chicken fingers and plan to return regularly.
