“Jared came to my rescue! I was responsible for providing 16 sandwiches for artists who were participating in a local event. I placed my order the day before, and when I arrived to pick up my food, it was ready to go. He took a lot of time allowing me to use my coupons, neatly packing things up and marking the sandwiches, make little cups of mayo up, providing fresh lettuce and tomatoes separately. He made me look like a rock star! Thanks Jared!“
“The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because the ONLY EMPLOYEE is trying to do his job the best he can. Otherwise it would be 1 star or none. Because the staffing is ridiculous. My sub is delicious and made exactly to order. You need to hire people to help him. This is the 3rd time I've been there and he has no help. Not to mention my coworkers who have gone more then me and same situation. No wonder u read the reviews below mine and people are upset. ITS BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STAFF. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HELP THIS MAN WHO IS WORKING SO HARD FOR YOU! He deserves a raise. I hope u do something for him.“
“The Bridge street Subway did a perfect job for our large order. I wanted 20 subs made to order. I took a spreadsheet in with the orders about 3 days ahead of my requested pick up date. The 2 men who took the paper were very considerate and asked great questions to make sure everything was made correctly. I followed up the next day and they already had a plan and assured me they would be ready. The morning of pick up I stopped in and the manager was extremely pleasant and had the order ready on time and in the cooler. The girls sandwiches were perfect, no one had an issue. I highly recommend this store.“
“The Subway closest to my house does not currently have sit-down service so I make the trip to this location. It is worth it! The staff here is friendly and conscientious. They always let me know if I have rewards on my Subway card and ask if I would like to use them. (At other Subway locations, they don’t seem to care, don’t say anything, and just seem to want to check me out as quickly as possible, so the rewards just expire.) I wouldn’t have expected a Subway inside a Walmart to be this accommodating.“
“Came in with two wound up little kids. The staff took care of us quickly and were polite and so nice. Even when my kids made the mess they were kind enough to clean it up. They offered free cookies to the kids too. I don’t visit subway often but this one might be my go to if I need a quick option that the kids will eat. Thank you!“
