“Two ladies in there one was older lady and one was younger lady the older lady gave me the greatest customer service experience in a long time this lady said that we were her favorite couple of the day very bubbly positive engaging very patient with us because we didn't know what we wanted when we went in here sorry I didn't get your name but I really appreciate your positive attitude and I enjoyed our conversation about ice cream“

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?
The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.“

“Someone give Kelly a raise! I come in somewhat often as I work close by. Nine times out of ten it is always just Kelly working and even during times with a lot of customers, she’s extremely friendly, quick and efficient, and apologetic (even there’s no need to apologize for her being busy while running the store alone). She’s also very personable and has even memorized my order, and given the amount of people she probably sees in a day, that’s pretty impressive! Thanks, Kelly!“

“The workers kinda make it hard to talk to them I'm also kinda a short person so it's hard to see what there doing with the food they don't have a lot of communication like yk how other places say welcome or say things other then ask you what u want then do that but never talk again“

“If you are going to sit inside a Subway to eat then this is one of the nicer ones. Service was friendly and upbeat. It has a nice sitting area. I always find it odd to be in a stand alone Subway as many seem to be in a plaza or gas station.“

“I love a good classic Subway sandwich. Yeah their ingredients & quality has gone down over time, but I STILL like their sandwiches when they're made right!

But the past couple years especially since COVID, most of my Subway experiences have been pretty disappointing.

But I got a sandwich from this location via their app, while I was visiting Columbus last month. It was really good! Reminded me of pre-COVID Subway. Perfect amount of all the toppings! The person who helped me was very nice and friendly too.

I see some other recent reviewers rated them 1-star because they weren't open during their stated hours. I know that's frustrating, but Subways are franchises, and this probably means that the family that owns this location is going through something serious & thats why they're having to close early.

It may have something to do with the severe/bizarre military crackdown happening in the US right now.“

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.“

“Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

“this short kid with glasses made the best sandwiches. good service, give the short kid with glasses a raise, (i think his name was collin i could be wrong) but yeah i reccomend this. only thing is one time i was here and a customer asked for more cucmbers and this random guy added one, so he said it in a scary voice and he added like 2 handfuls of cucmbers so that was weird but again overall great service and place.“

“This is a nice Subway. The staff is pleasant. The shop is in an older strip mall but it is well lit & clean. They just put in new flooring so it has a fresh appearance as well. They open early, 8:00 am, so it is very convenient to stop & grab something for lunch on the way to work.“

“Today i came in around 5 and was greeted by an employee. I’m almost completely blind and i come in and see the same girl. I asked her name and she said it was kaylee. she helps me with the key pad and is very patient with me every time i come in. She even remembers my whole order. She has a bubbly smile even when she’s tired and does great work with her job Please keep her here as she is super sweet and makes very good subs“

“This subway has always gotten my order right, And never gave me issues if I needed them to do anything, they were always nice no matter if they wanted to be working or not, none of the employees at subway on stelzer road have ever been rude to me. “All I can say is, "WOW." This was a refreshing experience. The restaurant was small but very clean. The service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Our sandwiches were made exactly to our specifications, which is what Subway is supposed to be about, but if you've eaten from a bad one, not so much. I highly recommend this Subway. “I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.

The boy taking our orders wasn't friendly, but not rude, so I didn't particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.

The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten from Subway though, I didn't catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.“

“Had a great experience at this Subway! The place was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I wanted. There was a young girl working there, she was extremely polite, friendly, and patient. She took the time to listen carefully, made the sandwich perfectly, and had a very positive attitude throughout.

“While most fast food restaurants are staffed with the worst employees with attitudes churning out inedible food (Wendy's especially) these guys made my subs precisely how I entered them into the app, and they were on time! Meatball and cold cut subs had everything that I requested, and the bread was toasted. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Great job, guys. “I was so impressed that the store was closing in 2 minutes and the door was still unlocked to let me and my daughter and. The two young gentleman who took care of us was very accommodating and not angry that we were holding them up when they were actually closing. Took very good care of us and had very good conversations with them. Will be back many times to this Subway, these two young guys need a high five and a raise in my eyes. “My fiancée and I stopped in this evening to pick up an order we placed for the family. We were informed when we got in that they were out of several ingredients. But that didn't stop the 2 employees from making our order to the best of their abilities. Food was still amazing. They were nice about everything. He tried everything to find that deal for us and help, even told us we could try to call the store down the street and gave the number and waited (no other customers present) for me to call to verify they didn’t receive it.

The make line is clean, the ingredients freshed, and despite being whisked along quickly i never feel rushed. “Fast and easy online order with carryout. We ordered sandwiches and drinks which were waiting for us upon arrival. The drinks were still in the fridge so they were cold when we got there.

They did have in store seating and walk in ordering as well. There was plenty of parking in front and along the side of the building.“

“This is a subway, not a 5-star restaurant. You are honestly mistaken if you come here for the quality over the convenience, and I’ve never seen a store get the foot traffic they do. I cut them slack as they do a good job all things considered. There have been times I have come just for them to be closed (especially in the evening before their closing time), but their employees have told me that it is such a revolving door with their staffing that it’s a miracle they aren’t closing much earlier much often.“

“Wonderful subway location employees are very welcoming! Get your order done quick and efficient! Some staff are skimpy on the veggies but all you gotta do is ask and they will give you some they joke around with you and light up the atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming by!

Drive thru is a touch screen which I saw another person complain about it clearly states Touch to begin order. Although being a touch screen is a bit weird but it does work just had a bit of lag to it and the help button doesn't work either nothing pops up on the screen. Also some of the workers will take your order at the window if not they informed me to order online and pick up at the window or to come on inside.“

“I give a 4 star only cause there prices are outrages but I will say the place was clean, bathrooms even cleaner, and the sandwich maker was able to handle 5 people at once. Definitely 5 star worthy if a footlong didn't cost me 11 dollars“

“I've never eaten here because I live in NY, but the staff was quick to contact me because they suspected someone hacked my Subway account and tried to place an order. They also refunded me for the fraudulent order! Appreciate the customer service here.“

“This place is under new management and it's great. They always have the freshest bread out of all the subways in the area and it always tastes wonderful.. Like I specifically go out of my way to go to this subway just to get the fresh bread flavor. People are always great too“
