“Two ladies in there one was older lady and one was younger lady the older lady gave me the greatest customer service experience in a long time this lady said that we were her favorite couple of the day very bubbly positive engaging very patient with us because we didn't know what we wanted when we went in here sorry I didn't get your name but I really appreciate your positive attitude and I enjoyed our conversation about ice cream“

“I love a good classic Subway sandwich. Yeah their ingredients & quality has gone down over time, but I STILL like their sandwiches when they're made right!

But the past couple years especially since COVID, most of my Subway experiences have been pretty disappointing.

But I got a sandwich from this location via their app, while I was visiting Columbus last month. It was really good! Reminded me of pre-COVID Subway. Perfect amount of all the toppings! The person who helped me was very nice and friendly too.

I see some other recent reviewers rated them 1-star because they weren't open during their stated hours. I know that's frustrating, but Subways are franchises, and this probably means that the family that owns this location is going through something serious & thats why they're having to close early.

It may have something to do with the severe/bizarre military crackdown happening in the US right now.“

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“The workers kinda make it hard to talk to them I'm also kinda a short person so it's hard to see what there doing with the food they don't have a lot of communication like yk how other places say welcome or say things other then ask you what u want then do that but never talk again“

“I ended up ordering from this location because my usual Subway was closed. It’s not quite as convenient for me, but it was on my way home.

When I arrived, I did have to wait for my online order. There was only one employee handling the online orders, and several people were standing around waiting while he worked through them. That said, the people in line didn’t seem to mind the wait at all, so it didn’t feel like a major issue. The wait could have been better, but everyone seemed pretty patient.

But the food? Easily 5 stars. I always order the same sandwich, so I have a pretty good basis for comparison 😄, and my sub was SO much better than what I usually get at my regular location or other Subway locations I’ve tried. My husband said the same thing about his.

Everything tasted fresher, was put together better, and was just noticeably better overall. It was absolutely worth the wait. I’ll be coming back to this location!“

“The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?
The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.“

“This is a nice Subway. The staff is pleasant. The shop is in an older strip mall but it is well lit & clean. They just put in new flooring so it has a fresh appearance as well. They open early, 8:00 am, so it is very convenient to stop & grab something for lunch on the way to work.“

“05/13/2025 - Visited this Subway for lunch and the experience was great. I ordered a foot long turkey on wheat and everything tasted fresh from the bread to the meat. Took advantage of the combo deal and added chips and a fountain drink. The restaurant itself is an open space with some wall decor complimentary to the Subway brand with few seating. You can order online (recommended) because this Subway gets very busy during lunchtime. My sandwich artist Hursh is always personable, professional, and prompt. Thank you. No parking out front. Nearby parking garages and street parking both for fees. Enjoy.“

“I eat lunch here nearly every day, and i am always blown away by how efficient, friendly, and consistent this location is. The make line is clean, the ingredients freshed, and despite being whisked along quickly i never feel rushed. This crew has clearly been at it for some time and have the Subway model down to a science--Ive never once finished my lunch and been unsatisfied.“

“Someone give Kelly a raise! I come in somewhat often as I work close by. Nine times out of ten it is always just Kelly working and even during times with a lot of customers, she’s extremely friendly, quick and efficient, and apologetic (even there’s no need to apologize for her being busy while running the store alone). She’s also very personable and has even memorized my order, and given the amount of people she probably sees in a day, that’s pretty impressive! Thanks, Kelly!“

“While most fast food restaurants are staffed with the worst employees with attitudes churning out inedible food (Wendy's especially) these guys made my subs precisely how I entered them into the app, and they were on time! Meatball and cold cut subs had everything that I requested, and the bread was toasted. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Great job, guys. It's reassuring that someone's putting out a good sandwich nowadays.“

“If you are going to sit inside a Subway to eat then this is one of the nicer ones. Service was friendly and upbeat. It has a nice sitting area. I always find it odd to be in a stand alone Subway as many seem to be in a plaza or gas station.“

“This is one of the best subways I have ever been to. The food is typical but the young man and young lady working at 1pm on 7-15 were absolutely the best. Very friendly, helpful, and made my visit highly enjoyable in spite of the scorching temps. Great to know that young people like these are still concerned about the quality of their service. “Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

“I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.

The boy taking our orders wasn't friendly, but not rude, so I didn't particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.

The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten from Subway though, I didn't catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.“

“this short kid with glasses made the best sandwiches. good service, give the short kid with glasses a raise, (i think his name was collin i could be wrong) but yeah i reccomend this. only thing is one time i was here and a customer asked for more cucmbers and this random guy added one, so he said it in a scary voice and he added like 2 handfuls of cucmbers so that was weird but again overall great service and place.“

“All I can say is, "WOW." This was a refreshing experience. The restaurant was small but very clean. The service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. “I am usually concerned about the freshness of Subway’s vegetables. This location has got fresh vegetables and clean room, but there is sometimes only one server during dinner time. WiFi is not available. I like the price of Subway’s sandwiches. The daily special is always good with a great size. The sweet onion and mustard sauces are my favorite.“

There was a young girl working there, she was extremely polite, friendly, and patient. “I was so impressed that the store was closing in 2 minutes and the door was still unlocked to let me and my daughter and. The two young gentleman who took care of us was very accommodating and not angry that we were holding them up when they were actually closing. Took very good care of us and had very good conversations with them. Will be back many times to this Subway, these two young guys need a high five and a raise in my eyes. I don't remember their names but my receipt says served by : 34. My visit was at 9:58pm on 10/22/2018 so look at your schedule and give these young men a compliment for a great job done“

Came in with an online order, it didn’t go through. We had deals.

He tried everything to find that deal for us and help, even told us we could try to call the store down the street and gave the number and waited (no other customers present) for me to call to verify they didn’t receive it.

“I walked in to get my favorite sub on there menu the chipotle Philly mmm it was good. The manager was phenomenal and outstanding but the other guy was a little shy could use some working on his social skills but was at most definitely respectful and his sub stacking skills with the veggies is 10/10. I will be coming back from now on.“

Drive thru is a touch screen which I saw another person complain about it clearly states Touch to begin order. Although being a touch screen is a bit weird but it does work just had a bit of lag to it and the help button doesn't work either nothing pops up on the screen. Also some of the workers will take your order at the window if not they informed me to order online and pick up at the window or to come on inside.“

“Store is clean. Went in the morning so there no line or wait. Staff was friendly and fairly efficient. Got a wrap to which I don't feel like has been made the same as other locations, but was good none the less. Parking lot is not my favorite, but to no fault of the location.“

“This is a subway, not a 5-star restaurant. You are honestly mistaken if you come here for the quality over the convenience, and I’ve never seen a store get the foot traffic they do. I cut them slack as they do a good job all things considered. There have been times I have come just for them to be closed (especially in the evening before their closing time), but their employees have told me that it is such a revolving door with their staffing that it’s a miracle they aren’t closing much earlier much often.“

“Fast and easy online order with carryout. We ordered sandwiches and drinks which were waiting for us upon arrival. The drinks were still in the fridge so they were cold when we got there.

They did have in store seating and walk in ordering as well. There was plenty of parking in front and along the side of the building.“

“The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because the ONLY EMPLOYEE is trying to do his job the best he can. Otherwise it would be 1 star or none. Because the staffing is ridiculous. “The sub I ordered was very tasty. It was a Philly steak sandwich with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it. The service was good. It was quick. The atmosphere was very quiet. I wish the prices had not gone up so much. I miss the $5 footlong.“
