I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway for over 2 years. The gentleman with the long ponytail & the other man that’s shorter are always great to me.The only issue occurred 2 weeks ago. I’ve always used the Subway coupons from the mail (get a free cookie, get a free bag of chips, etc). There was an older woman ringing behind the counter. My daughter’s ham and cheese six inch sandwich looked like it was stepped on. Ham hung off the bread as if the person who made it (younger worker of the two) had a fight with the sandwich. Same person was throwing meat around as if he were having a bad day when it came to my sandwich. Luckily the older worker stepped in to finish my sandwich.I realize nearly every business is short staffed; however, do a better job of training the Gen Zs. When I walked in the restaurant worker asked me if I had a coupon first without greeting me or asking what to order first. That seems off to me!Only reason I came was because I got coupons in the mail. Not the biggest subway fan
