We have used The Foodsmiths for a number of catering gigs- from small to over 100 people. Always great job and impresses our guests. Since Covid hit, Chef Gretchen and Chef Ferdi are making meals to go with a different menu every week. Great, healthy food and at a good value!
FoodSmith Catering provided the food for the baby shower we threw for our daughter. After talking with Chef Gretchen we picked a light fare of Sliders, salads, fresh made salsas and spinach artichoke tarts. Everything thing was fresh and delicious.
Chef Gretchen helped us steer around allergy issues which also made my decision to choose them easy.
If you need a caterer call them you won’t regret it.
Chicago - We were VERY picky (probably a pain to deal with) with specific ideas about what we wanted at our wedding reception. I think Gretchen's positive attitude and her training as a chef made it easy for her to get us what we wanted. We heard from a number of people who were quite impressed; some even asking for recipes. My brother, a restaurateur in Orlando, gave her high praise. You can hire this company with confidence.
