Service was slow, prices on the receipt were crazy ordered a classics American cheeseburger added bacon and it was $22. The cheese curds $10 and you got a small handful. I think this was a one and done for me. Serving sizes do not match the prices.

Food is really good, but...My only food "complaint" is I didn't feel there was much truffle added to the fries I paid a $5 upcharge for. It was only on a few of the fries, and the rest tasted regular. Still very good though.I'm a little perplexed because we ordered a water, coke, and a water with our son's kids meal. (Husband didn't realize that the drink was included...not sure why.) Once I realized a drink came with the meal, I asked if we could take a child sized root beer home with us since it came with the meal. We got this, but were not told it would be a charge since we got a water originally. Get the bill and we were charged for my son's drink, which is $3.29 or something like that. So instead of ringing in a kids soda and adding a water, the water was added to the kids meal and we were charged for an extra drink. Server just said that they were sorry and didn't offer any resolution. At the end of the day it's not a HUGE deal because it's $3, but to me it's the principal. A lot of people can't afford to dine out anymore, so being nickle and dimed is unacceptable. A water is a free drink!

The service was excellent. The food was really good. I would give 5 stars if the price was more reasonable. I don't mind spending more if the quality is there. If you're charging $17-$18 for sandwiches and fries, you had better have something special. The quality is not at the caliber of that price of sandwiches.

This place is so great too to bottom! Me and my wife came in on Sunday and grabbed lunch on our way home from Columbus and was absolutely blown away by the food! We got the Local Yokel and the Grilled chicken salad. We also sipped on a milkshake that was delicious! Our server Taylor did an excellent job and took care of us from start to finish. She gave us drinks to go a cup of ice for the road. She was awesome!Parking: PLENTY of parking we got that front row special this time around!!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs! Roll up!!

The sweet potato fries were amazing! The grilled chicken sandwich was juicy and grilled to perfection. My fiancé got the crispy chicken sandwich with regular fries and he mentioned it was delicious as well! The atmosphere was very chill with good music. Our waitress was very kind and checked in often. 10/10!!Vegetarian options: Beyond Burger, sweet potato fries, French fries, tater tots

Meh. Menu has changed, no more lamb mix burgers, just your basic burgers/fries joint. Kinda expensive, $40 for 2 burgers & fries. Coupla drunks @ bar dropped a plate, smashed on floor, drunk lady couldn't even move so they could sweep it up, clearly over served.

The Rail was one of my favorite burger restaurants, but they fell flat on their face with their changes to the fries. They eliminated the skinny and steak fry options and went to one size fat fry that is terribly undercooked, limp and tasteless. Not sure anyone that made the decision tasted the fries…. I would avoid them as a side and it certainly impacts my decision to go there in the future.

I thought that the atmosphere was great. I would give 5 stars it was the service. We had to flag someone down several times. And it was just for things that were simple like more ketchup and water. And I thinking there was 1 bartender because she was trying to keep up with drinks and our table. Which I'm thinking the focus was not on us. My person with me was not impressed but I liked my Avocado burger. Yes I will visit again.

Went there with co-workers to celebrate my birthday. Very good burgers, and lots of menu choices. My boss mentioned it was my birthday, and the server said "then you get a free sundae" and brought over this massive dessert. Very good experience, and I will be back.
