Good news is my order came out fast, bad news is the order wasnt very good. My pumpkin cold brew was very bitter with no sweetness and my farmer’s breakfast wrap was missing the hash brown that’s supposed to come in it.
The young girl on the headset didnt understand how to take two different orders then we get to the window and the older lady didn’t know what bag was which she was rude as well and had an attitude they didn’t bother asking size of the drinks we got as well as what kind of bagel we wanted4/30/2023 9:20am I don’t think I’ll be returning here and just got to Starbucks instead better costumer service

Been a customer for a very long time. I'm done. The employees are nice enough, but that's as far as it goes. You can't charge 7 dollars for a coffee that is 9/10 times incorrect. People work very hard for their money, and every time I come to this location, I find myself throwing away my money and receiving disgusting coffees every time.
