Too bad service. They took one very big order ahead of me and all 4 employees kept working on that order for next 35-40 minutes and I am just standing right at very front that someone take my order and make it. In mean time, it was 10+ people line behind me but all 4 employees seems to be not thinking they should start taking orders from people in queue instead of all of them just working on one big order. In fact they don’t look at customers who pick something from ready items and waiting for someone to help in checkout, no employee at checkout without you ask them multiple times. Eventually I just came out after 40 minutes wait.

This just happened today 2/9, i entered around 3 pm and came out back 3:35 or so.I don’t think you were there so you don’t know what was going on from 3-4 pm window. There was one more customer right before me who was also kept waiting that someone take his order and he told me he came around 2:40 pm and finally his order was taken around 3:30 pm and next was I and i waited further and then just left after so much wait.
