“I stopped coming to this location (in my hometown) a while back due to its poor service. I walked in today because it was the closest and they were swamped. Someone ordered three sandwiches in front of me, there were about four online orders, and a woman behind me. I was amazed at how the two ladies working cracked down and busted out those order so quickly. You could tell they were flustered, but handled the rush so well. My service was amazing and quicker than it would with empty restaurant years back. I wanted to get on here and praise the two ladies working today for their great service, kindness, and resilience shown when things got busy. I’ll most likely start giving this location another chance.”

“The owner is a wonderful lady who cooks great food. My daughter and I went there today and she welcomed us in with a warm smile and some samples to try. The jerk was bussin, the brown stew chicken was bussin, and ofc the oxtail was great. Will be back again for her patties.”

“My brother and I made plans to come stop by for their matcha lattes since we heard they had some of the best around. What we failed to do was actually LOOK at their operating hours and came past closing. 😅 Our faults, but they noticed us and let us in to make us drinks anyway. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back DURING opening hours next time... as we both loved our matcha lattes. I'm looking forward to trying out more of their menu in the future!”

“My son had football practice in the green space near unhitched so my youngest and I had dinner outside under the tent. Our server Amelia was SO accommodating making sure we had plenty of ice and water. Even after we finished our dinner, she brought fresh ice water so we could hang out until the end of practice. The food at unhitched is always great & the service really seems to get better each time we visit.”

“My business is in the same parking lot as theirs and the pet grooming shop. We buy lunch for our customers. We can choose to buy lunch anywhere we want and some of my customers come through once or twice a year and some of them are with us for a week or two at a time and the number one requested restaurant by our customers is Jalisco Express! I have guys that come in for a week or two straight and they are happy to eat Jalisco’s Express every day and just work through the menu! The food is absolutely delicious! It is ready so quick every time, 10 to 15 minutes even when I order lunch for 10 or 12 people ! The staff is friendly and very helpful! I have customers that request Jalisco‘s on the phone when they schedule with me a week ahead of time! I personally love this place and all of my customers and all of my employees equally love this gem of a restaurant on Wise Avenue! Get down here this week and try everything!”
