young lady making my subs had a very oversized jacket on with hair all over it and as she reached over my subs to grab topping, her sleeves were hanging ALL over my subs. last time i was in there, her hat fell off and she picked it up and put it back on without changing her gloves and continued to grab my cookies with the same gloves. very unsanitary. i normally don’t have an issue here, but this has happened twice in a row with the same young lady. i will not be ordering from here again.

Food is crap and very expensive for what it is. My sandwiches always look like someone dragged them across the floor. For the price and quality I'll go somewhere else.

Every time I go to this store they don't have bread, when they do is old and hard.
I don't understand why there's only ever one person working when it's always so busy, they definitely need at least two or three people there at all times..

The older lady doesn't listen when you tell her light on something, she still grabs hand fulls and puts it on there..

All and all
It's worth the couple extra minutes to go to the one in Louisville..

Save your money and go somewhere else to eat. Employees were horrible. They messed up our order. They were insanely rude. Both employees need fired. He refused to put what we wanted on our subs. I have no clue how either employees got hired in the first place. I couldn’t even believe workers would even speak to customers as the way they did. It amazes me how some people can be. This subway doesn’t deserve a single star. This place is not worth a single penny. This is the worst customer service i have ever received. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

5/1/24.... pulled in at 8:40. Not a light on. Looked like it had been closed all the way for a bit. Honestly not that big of a deal if I don't pull up to the front door and it's clearly posted open till 9. Change your hours or hire someone to actually keep the store open till 9.

I stopped coming to this location (in my hometown) a while back due to its poor service. I walked in today because it was the closest and they were swamped. Someone ordered three sandwiches in front of me, there were about four online orders, and a woman behind me. I was amazed at how the two ladies working cracked down and busted out those order so quickly. You could tell they were flustered, but handled the rush so well. My service was amazing and quicker than it would with empty restaurant years back. I wanted to get on here and praise the two ladies working today for their great service, kindness, and resilience shown when things got busy. I’ll most likely start giving this location another chance.
