“After my wife and I walked our aardvark (a long story for another time) around 4th St , we attempted to stop in to Society for a quick nightcap for ourselves and we hoped to score a suet snack for Antony (see aardvark, above). We were understandably turned away; they have rules.

After stashing Antony in a safe place, we returned and were joyfully greeted by Austin (or was it Lubbock? My memory fades.) who carefully concocted a delightful cocktail with Creme de Violette as the star ingredient.

“Had the best time last week. Some friends of mine and I reserved a table and even though the front door had a huge line we were brought right to our table without waiting more than a minute. Our servers name was Kelli and she did an amazing job, kept us company always made sure we had drinks, really made our time there enjoyable. To top it off the manager came and introduced herself to everyone (her name was Bella) even with how busy it was just by doing that she made us feel like appreciated customers! “Choices Lounge also known as Replublix bar and grill, is open everyday. I think the starting time is 6pm through the week. The wings are excellent and the lady bartenders are very attractive. Its a cool little spot to chill out and kick it with friends.“

“Tradewinds was my Husband’s watering hole for many years so it made sense to host his 50th birthday party here. Jack, the owner, was accommodating and very easy to plan with. Our bartender, Chris, was phenomenal and took great care of our guests. Billiards and bowling added to our fun! The party was a success!

It has a great atmosphere with great personnel on staff.
The main concert area is great, and the back room is very nice for hanging out away from the crowd, especially with the wood burning oven back there!“

“My fiance and I had a great experience here. The owner was on site and very personable. He and one other person smoke all the meat.
The bar had a truly massive selection. The bartender was neat and well put together. She was also very attentive and courteous through our entire visit while keeping very busy. The food was delicious everything we tried would be worth getting again. The ribs (Are smoked!!! Not from the grill. They are NOT dry for what they are as found in other reviews here.) were awesome and the bartender's suggested sauces were great picks. The chicken thighs were juicy and flavorful. The brisket is top tier, absolutely delicious. Onion rings, cornbread, potato salad, and mac and cheese were all great choices, but it seems there wouldn't be bad ones. The other patrons at the bar were friendly and the music on the jukebox was great through the whole visit.
I was in town for work and was about to go somewhere else due to the mixed reviews, but this was an experience where everything that could be expected was present and high quality: food, atmosphere, and customer service. Definitely worth a try, drinks are reasonably priced. If you're not drinking alcohol you can have a great, filling meal with a soft drink for under $20 per person easily.“

“Here for the vibes! It's giving speak easy and I love it. Came here while bar crawling around Ohio City and it was a nice cap to the night, but I definitely wasn't in dress code haha. The wait staff was very polite and our drinks were beautifully crafted. You can tell the ingredients are good quality. It's definitely pricey and I have yet to try the food, but I would come here again.“
