When I pulled up to the drive-through all she said was welcome to McDonald’s didn’t ask me if I wanted anything didn’t say what can I get you and so I just waited and she said it again and I just waited and finally she said what can I help you with and I told her that I had a mobile order. This is basic customer service. If you can’t teach that then you’re doing something wrong. That’s why I always go to Chick-fil-A because they always have good customer service. Won’t be back

Fresh Food! Nothing stale or tasteless! My Special order Filet-o-fish, was made correctly and came out warm.. PIPING HOT? FRIES!?? (It was like they pulled them out of the vat, put them in the box and put them in the bag and brought them to our table!)GREAT COUNTER SERVICE! ?I traveled around the states driving ambulance. This is one of the best urban McDonald's I have been to. I don't know what happened?⚠️ You now have to beg to use the restrooms ? at this location! Restrooms are now? locked unless the counter person buzzes you in. Great visit otherwise! You really need a box of those piping hot?fries ? You'll be loving it! YUM! ?
