My food was ok & service was fast. Every time I come in It's a light skin manager she is always on her phone smh it's Allot SHE CAN DO besides being on her phone.. but overall my experience was good tody.. I also like the manager Betsy.. she's always working
I asked for a medium ice coffee with extra liquid sugar and they put Carmel in my damn drink.. Carmel is nasty to me by the way and I would never order that... The McDonald's on the Eastside is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service. Customers appreciate the fresh, hot food, including the popular Filet-o-fish and piping hot fries. Recently, some guests have shared mixed experiences, with one praising the quick drive-thru service and another expressing disappointment over cold food on multiple visits. Despite this, many still find the restaurant well-maintained and remodeled. The restaurant is also recognized for being inclusive, welcoming diverse individuals. A guest highlighted their enjoyment of the McChicken with buffalo bacon and cheese, noting it as the best they've had in years. While access to restrooms may require a request, the overall experience remains satisfactory, with nice workers and a clean environment being significant positives.
