Love the beef sticks and the pure pork sausage. It makes a nice base to keep around. I add sage, I get breakfast sausage, I add fennel seeds, minced garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes and i have Italian sausage. They raise their own cattle locally as well!

This is a meat and deli market. I got the meat that I haven't able to find in my area for over 30 years. I am more than pleased. The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is great.

After seeing the reviews on Google, I figured I would drive the 35 min drive to check this place out. Inside not much to choose from as far as cuts of meet. I decided on the short ribs and got 2 packages of them Monday June 23rd. I kept them in an ice cooler for me drive back. Today I opened them up and they are rotten!! The lady I spoke with said she kindly give me my money back and they were having issues with their case . In my opinion it's not worth the drive or time so I would like to share my experience.
