My wife and I got a wonderful 10" cassata cake for our wedding from Maria, and it was delicious and looked good too. Maria provided comprehensive samples for us before selecting our cake flavor, and we had trouble picking a favorite because they were all so tasty. It was very easy to work with Maria to figure out specifications for the cake itself. We provided three pictures of cakes we had in mind, and she gave good feedback of what she was capable of. The cake looked very good, if the colors were slightly different from what we were going for; that's a small critique, though. We had the cake delivered for a small extra fee, and it was at our venue and displayed beautifully with no stress for us. Overall, we got a good cake for good value.

Purchased a cake through them for my wedding. The day of the wedding Maria called me, yelling because they couldn't find the venue. I gave her the address again because she had "written it down wrong." She was very rude. She did not even enter the venue when they dropped off the cake. I hope it is because she was embarrassed by her nasty behavior, but I doubt it. The cake was three tiers and the tiers were not even centered properly. It was completely lopsided. And the ultimate insult was when we cut into the cake and it was the wrong flavor. Do not recommend.

Our wedding cake was stunning with white buttercream decorated with blue swirls, dots and rhinestone bands separating the three tiers. We had Casada cake on the bottom tier and it was absolutely phenomenal! The red velvet on the second tier was amazing. Rather than saving the top tier, which was wedding white, to freeze for our anniversary, we decided to eat it. It was so moist and the butter cream frosting was the best! Thank you Maria & Joe!

Maria and Joe made our wedding cake for us and it was delicious!! Maria was so easy to work with and made this process seem so simple! Our cake was 3 tiered and she offered to have the bottom and middle tiers two different flavors for guests, and I thought that was such a smart idea! We kept the top tier for ourselves - and I’m so glad we did because now we get to enjoy a whole tier to ourselves! Delicious and highly recommend!
