I do door dash was treated with disrespect ther by a young lady hind the counter. Had to be bad for meet to report this get a job not an attitude. Treated a fellow employee the same way. You know I pay your pay check. Watch what you stay and who you say it too. Never know whoo is watching
I have been wanting to try Culver’s for awhile now. I have heard good things and my wife was into giving it a shot.
Manager was questionable as my wife and I waited probably five - six minutes before anyone came to take our order. This was on the 16th of December at around 5 PM
at the Eastlake, Ohio location. Finally, an employee that was in the dining room eating during his break came over and assisted us with our orders. The food was a little underwhelming....

1st time here food was great! Ordered a culver’s bacon deluxe price was worth it like $8 or $9. Double cheese burger with everything had red onions but i like red onions better ! Fries were just crinkle nothing special but was still hot, fresh and plenty of them. Had a cheese cup with my fries which was ok, and had the signature sauce which was real good! even put the sauce on my burger and made it even better! Customer service was very nice as well. Definitely will be back!(sorry...
