9/14/24@10pm: manager on duty was super rude not just to me but also to employees! I waited over 10 minutes for my food in the drive thru. The manager with curly hair and glasses opened the drive thru window and asked “ who are you” I told him who I was and he said my order already cleared the screen and asked me what I had ordered so he can have the kitchen make it. Upon closing the window he started yelling at 2 female employees. The one that was standing next to him at the window looked really embarrassed for how the manager was acting. When he was handing me my food he opened the window and said “ here take your food!” Worst experience ever! Will only be at this location if this manager is not seen working. And side note: tell your employees the drive thru windows are not sound proof! Yes I am an A hole I waited way too long for my food and was getting frustrated! But thanks for the cold food I heated it up at home! Do better Burger King!

There’s a 50/50 chance that if you come to this location your food will be messed up or poorly made. 50/50 is probably being generous. The amount of mayonnaise put on my sandwich was so absurd that I’m certain it was done on purpose

What a bunch of winners at this location. Why would you even send this out to a customer. Seriously, almost all fast food from this place is half a$$ed. This is not the first, second, or third time my family's order has been messed up or poorly packaged.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would we went through the EMPTY drive thru and the lady working the drive thru didn't even listen to our order and kept trying to rush us through even when our order wasn't done and they were beyond rude THEY WOULDNT EVEN LISTEN TO MY ORDER we didn't even finalize the order due to how the worker didn't want to work this place isn't worth going to if the workers don't want to take my order and get one thing I said right

this manager with blonde hair was smoking weed outside and then came back in and was yelling at the other employees. i found it very disrespectful. yelling at literally children while smoking weed outside the restaurant while customers are out there?? it’s
The food was great, and the service was excellent. Very friendly. This location has improved greatly. Had not been in years due to poor service and quality. I was pleasantly surprised and have been back several times.

As you will see I ordered deluxe extra pickle all I got was a messy burger with extra picke. I called the store and asked for a manager. I heard him mocking the fact I asked for a manager. I let the manager Nicole know I heard everything he said. She told me a burger doesn't come with that and I told her I ordered it that way and my ticket says that. She said the next time a manager will make my order. To be honest after getting that $10 meal after a 9 hour shift at work with no meal. And I get home and opened that. I won't visit this location again. Unfortunately I didn't get my receipt for details of the visit

Well im a vet and went to Burger King to get my free whopper as advertised on the internet for all vets on veterans day and altho they are saying that they are giving away a free whopper or chicken sandwiches to all vets they are not honoring what they say so shame on them. The one that I went to is in Eaton ohio on barron street.
