“What an awesome experience. Nice little diner. A trip back in time to simpler life when you could enjoy great food and socializing with other patrons. First time visit, definitely won't be the last. Thanks Megan for explaining items on the menu. She kept the coffee cup full and was kind from beginning to end. I wish we could just pack ya'll up and move you to Alabama with us. A nice comfortable atmosphere with the most delicious meal choices. Comforts from home in a cozy, quaint diner. “We had dinner tonight..our service was excellent! At first I wasn’t sure as my burger was over cooked…she took it back no questions asked and had it remade and it was awesome. Our waitress was spectacular and very helpful and kind..she knew just what do with our issues!”

“If you like a wide variety of wines This is a great choice. Only minutes off of interstate 70 and five minutes outside of Eaton Ohio. They have 32 different wine selections. Everything from a dry Cabernet Sauvignon to a very sweet local berry wine. Located in a 1800s school house. They have added on to create a much larger venue. They also have a large patio on the side of the building and picnic tables in a lawn area just off the east side of the building. The wines are right on point. They also provide wine flights and wine tastings. Locally owned. Very friendly people. Highly recommend.”

“Best brisket and pulled pork I’ve ever had - better than mine! Casual and rustic atmosphere that isn’t pretentious. What a fun and relaxing afternoon after cider and donuts in New Paris! Everyone was cheerful and welcoming.”

“This is a nice little place on the main drag of Eaton. We had some of the Hefeweizen brews with some potato kegs and pretzel bites. The beer-cheese dipping sauce is very good. It was a pleasant experience on a Saturday afternoon. There is a small patio out back for smokers and the staff was friendly and courteous. We watched a college game on TV while we snacked and talked. The old building has a lot of character and is well maintained. They also have live music on some evenings. We will be back.”

“I came hear for my birthday and I was hoping they would sing to me. I had my ID out lol but the place was not very busy. I came hear last year and had a great experience but this time even when my daughter told them it was my birthday the waiter said o OK. I enjoyed the experience last year. “We don't come here very much like we use to. It's a good brake from the same ol' same ol'. I never get my moneys worth of food at any buffet because I don't eat much. (My portions are more like child portions). Most of the time the food is fresh. The wait staff is nice and they keep up with taking your plates when you're finished.”

“Laid back atmosphere with great food! Staff was friendly, waitress attentive and food was hot and fresh. I put in a takeaway order on Super Bowl Sunday, and it was super busy! But they were efficient and kept the line moving! I like the variety of sauce options for the wings, and their ranch is so good!”

“Stopped in the subway with my best friend. Hard to believe that was just one afternoon and there was only a couple of guys in there. The place was packed. You think they would look stressed but they weren't. They were really enjoying their day putting out the orders as if they were little machines. I'm telling you the food was great. The service was even better and the place was clean and friendly. It was a nice place to eat and I'd recommend going back there anytime. I had the Philly steak and cheese for the first time and they toasted it for me and man it was absolutely awesome”

“Thank God this place is under New Management! I wouldn't go there under the last owner. It was horrible! I've been there twice now with the new management they give you good portion sizes everything is fresh and the staff is wonderful! Highly recommend”

“We ordered an ice cream birthday cake and then decided to have a bite.Nice place ordered food and then waited for ages for our ice creams.The manager gave me some coupons for the delay.Nice touch.The ice cream was just the ticket.”

“Ordered an Oatmilk Cappucino along with Eggs, bacon and Pancakes. The food and Coffee are delicious! I dined in and appreciated the atmosphere however it was pretty quiet. My only suggests are that a playlist is going throughout the shop and that mugs are offered to customers who dine in. None of these things negatively impacted my experience though! I’ll definitely visit again.”

“We have had many great experiences here. Our favorite is their cauliflower crust pizza….either Hawaiian or chicken bacon ranch. We also love their chicken salad. There have been times where they get slammed and only have a few workers….be patient and kind to those actually showing up and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Where else can you enjoy a meal with a beer while your table vibrates from the train?”

“my grandparents used to take me when i was a kid. i live in dayton now as an adult, and still occasionally make a trip to get it. always just as good as it was when i was a kid!”

“Excellent watering hole located right next to the railroad tracks. 4 trains ? rolled by during my visit. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent!
