We used to love the Eaton Ohio Cassanos and ate there quite frequently, but had not been there for a while. We went there for lunch today, ordered our usual deluxe pizza, and the pizza was terrible. It was cold and greasy. It had the usual chopped up toppings but they added small slices of Old World pepperoni as a topping which made the pizza really greasy. I can't figure out why the pizza was cold since they were not that busy. We will not be back for a long time.

Perfer to go inside and order rather than hot line. Customer service is always amazing, food comes out super hot and fresh. Dining isnt as clean as preferred but they do clean it.
