I've sent reviews to corporate, I've left voicemails with the hamilton family, and they just don't care. They know the service is appalling, they know you'll wait 25mins for cold food, they know they don't fill up the fries. Why the franchise hasn't been pulled is beyond me. Look through the reviews, and when you think McDonald's, drive past this one.
Its nice that this McDonalds has a play land but it was frustrating that there was a guy “cleaning” sweeping a bit but go into the restroom and there is pee on the floor, neither auto flush toilet works, the manual button doesn’t flush them correctly and the auto sink doesn’t work.

This particular McDonald's struggles to get any special order correct but the staff is friendly and will correct your order
