I was about to order when I saw the Manager who was going to make my burger eating with gloves on at the food station and licking her fingers and grabbing the raw meat, Again she was the Manager

Overpriced because truckers stop here doesn't take burger king coupons or app also no deals available don't stop here

The manager (who wouldn't give his name for fear of being forced to take personal accountability for his actions...) was very bigoted towards a customer in the parking lot, and needs to be reprimanded... Oh and look wow, read the reviews, this place has a whomping 2.5 stars. Something needs to be done, pronto.
This place is wild. I'm a trucker. I've stopped here many times, but it's been a while. I thought for some reason the last time I had a bad experience but I couldn't remember so I ordered anyway. I took the food to go and one of the things I ordered is nuggets. When I got back to the truck I went to give the nuggets to the kid but they were completely raw in parts. They looked disgusting. I took them and told him I'd get new ones but he said he didn't want them anymore. I took them and showed them to the young lady and said I wanted the refunded. She said they don't do refunds. I said that's ridiculous. Another girl came named Sofia and she looked at the nuggets. I told her I didn't want them and requested a refund. She too said they don't do refunds, she can make new ones if I want. I said I don't want new ones and she shrugged, said okay, picked up my nuggets and threw them in the trash and walked away. I told her to give them back (I hadn't taken a photo yet) and she responded they're in the trash. I said I knew and to give them back and she fished in the trash. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked how to contact her area manager and she told me to go talk to the TA manager, so I went up to the TA fuel desk and spoke to 2 guys there. They were very helpful and couldn't believe it. One guy called the owner of the franchise and we walked back to the Burger King. When we got there Sofia got a phone call. She walked away for a couple moments then came back, opened the register, and angrily handed me a $5 bill without a word and walked away. ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ The whole situation was unprofessional as heck. I gave the $5 bill to the mechanic who fixed my trailer air leak as a tip and wrote this to remind myself next time I stop to not spend money at this Burger King.

First Burger King ever I got cold burger
We did the drive thru, tried to order a salad and was told rudely that they don't sell salad. We let them know it's on the menu, but instead of apologizing and saying they're out, they kept staring rudely that they don't sell salad. So we asked why it's on the menu, but they just kept staring that they don't sell salad even if it's on the menu or not. Worst service. What happened to have it your way?

Train your morning crew. How to use the Burger King app? They say they don't use them here. They don't have the software in their system, which is bs. Because I've used it in the daytime during dinners and lunches. But your breakfast crew says they can't do the software system.It's not there for the app got out to the rig and my food smashed tater tots thrown in a bag.

The food was Awful, Wrong order of a sandwich, it was a whopper jr not a regular whopper, and the fries were cold, and the drinks were watered down, my brother had realized he had the wrong order of a Sandwich, it was an Impossible whopper, not a regular whopper, and I Asked the employee to get me 2 regular whoppers and fresh warm fries and a Coke for me and my brother Charlie, and the employee is a Total Jerk, he told me there's nothing wrong with the fries, and he gave me a dirty look about it, He Is a Grouchy Employee, and the Bathroom was Absolutely Disgusting smells Awful, I got me a refund and we are not eating here again!!

I had the worst experience with this burger king, my food was the wrong order of a Sandwich, it was an Impossible whopper, not a regular whopper, the fries were cold, and the soda machine is watered down, and my brother asked the employee for 2 regular whoppers and fresh warm fries, and The Employee was A Complete Jerk about it, he told my brother that there is nothing wrong with the food and drinks, and gave my brother a dirty look ,the employee is so grouchy, The Bathroom is Absolutely Disgusting, We got a refund and we are not returning to this burger king

Cold food and wrong order. We ordered extra cheese and extra bacon on our Whoppers and two orders of onion rings. There was no extra cheese or extra bacon and only one order of onion rings plus some ice cold fries. I never ordered fries. When we called in, the manager wouldn't do anything for us because we had no receipt and no food that wasn't in the trash. We weren't even offered a receipt!

I understand that today is easter but have some common courtesy and post a sign on your door that says your either closed for the day or coming in later
The service was very good. The restaurant seemed clean. Could use a little more onion on the sandwich. Just had a whopper and a whopper Junior no fries or a drink I like the whopper.
