Just went through and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no mustard. They gave us double hamburgers(no cheese). Came back to let them know, the manager basically said that’s our problem because THEY rang them up as double hamburgers. The spicy chicken wrap was nearly frozen in the middle, lucky that half done fries were salted… Customer service at its finest!

The host Jordan was amazing. He greeted us with a genuine smile, said good morning and asked he we were doing. As we sat and ate our food he smiled and greeted everyone the same way. Both my friend and I ordered double cheeseburger meals but were charged for double whopper meals. I think this is a training issue as the manager came over to correct it. We were refunded but not the amount I thought that we should be (only 97 cent difference). Very expensive for what was received!
