I was given the wrong order at the counter. When I got home I saw that it was not right. It was getting late and I didn't feel like waiting and told them I just wanted my money back, I paid cash. They would not give me a refund and the person in charge got very disrespectful with me. I run a busyness myself and know you don't treat customers like that. I will never go back to that store, the food is not that good anyway.

For $30 I got a glorified order of chicken fries, six small pieces of bone in chicken and two containers of mashed potatoes that would serve two people, per container. If this is a family meal, it's ridiculous. It's sad that gas stations serve a higher quality food. I'll not be back to kfc. If I want chicken from a chicken based food chain, I'll go the extra mile to buy from Lee's Famous Recipe.
