Service has become horrible since they got new owners. Nobody answers the phones, they just stand around doing nothing while the phone rings. You can't place orders online, they have it shut off for some reason. The only way to order is to drive up there, walk in, order and sit in your car and wait 15-20 minutes.

Tried to call in an order and for the love of me I couldn’t understand a single word the man was saying so I hung up and we drove over. My husband went in with me and the man just flat out doesn’t know English. My husband had to repeat over and over so we used the pictures on the wall to do our order😳. Then my husband told him he wanted to look at the recipe to see if the man had the right order. Lady next to me said she went through the same thing. We got bread sticks and they were limp. Held it up and it just folded over.sauce and cheese for dipping the bread sticks came out of refrigerator ice cold.
