I arrived to pick up food. They messed up on my pizza got mad when they had to redo it. They were going off on a customer that was there prior to me because they messed up on her pizza. They were screaming and shouting at her and screaming in their native language, they are very unprofessional, rude inexperienced. These individuals should be terminated. They have no customer service skills and would be better off working as someone at a trash facility or something away from people.
This incident was so bad me and another customer spoke up on her behalf, and we were so close to calling the police because of the hostilities of the two staff workers that day.

I’ve eaten at little Cesar’s my entire life and this is the best one I’ve ever had. Always fresh, the guy working is doing pretty much everything himself and he’s still incredibly nice. Cannot say enough good things!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter requests it every time we have pizza.
Use to love getting pizza here u til new management. Got a pizza today super undercooked, for some reason super spicy, and they don't listen. I hate making reviews like this buy it was needed service was bad they are Entirely way to rude

Hot and ready turned out to be hot and zero sauce. Seriously one more ladle full with NOT bankrupt the company. Super dry without the sauce. Guy at the counter was great.

This place cannot function at all. There is absolutely no excuse. I worked at the Kmart little ceasars and we did as many if not more orders on many days. The thing is we did this staffed with only 1 person. We had the dough properly prepared and able to keep up with items filled and cleaned. We had many days we would do large orders of 20+ pizzas and the regular orders on top of that and had no issues getting them out on time again with only one person. The Eaton little ceasars cannot function with a full staff with what we would call a regular incoming of customers and not a busy day. I can’t imagine a busy day there. Today I went in and they ran out of dough!!! The reason they had none is they had to wait on someone to come make it. Are you kidding? How come everyone isn’t trained, I mean it’s not rocket science. We always had ours ready ahead of time with plenty, and again a staff of 1. I went in for my order that was already 10 minutes late. I was just waiting on the breadsticks and the poor boy couldn’t get them to me because his boss ,or whoever the Indian guy is, kept taking them and giving them to orders after mine. I stood for 20 minutes past my order time for no reason. They couldn’t make me an extra breadstick because they ran out of dough. The poor kid is always left to take the crap from customers because of the ignorant people that work there with him. Y’all need to learn to multi task or how to do your job because you suck and the boy from today is the only one that has ever had any common sense in there. I have to laugh when I come in and see them running around like they are a mess and Leaning on the counter like I can’t take this and I’m like dudes we did this and more on a staff of one, get my pizza so I can go. Today was the last palm to the face for this place. It was 8/19/24 for an order at 7:38pm.
I called and placed an order over the phone as I was driving to the restaurant. When I attempted to place an online order I received a message stating they were not accepting online orders. Upon entering the restaurant the person working asked if we had an order and I confirmed with him that I had just called and placed a phone order and confirmed my name. After waiting nearly 20 minutes he again asked me if I had an order and I again confirmed that I had spoken to him and placed and order for 6 items. I explained very clearly my name and spelled it just like I did on the phone. He looked right at me and said he did not have an order for me. He had a very distinct "Indian" dialect so I know for a fact I was speaking to the same man as the one on the phone. He stated he could take my order now but had zero accountability for what had happened. We will not ever use this location unless they come under new management.

I come to this place all the time it is not all put together a bunch of foreigners you don't know what the heck they're doing and it's always hectic everybody's always sitting in here waiting nothing's ever hot and ready. That was cheering when people left because they wouldnt wait on them or take their order.
