I've sent reviews to corporate, I've left voicemails with the hamilton family, and they just don't care. They know the service is appalling, they know you'll wait 25mins for cold food, they know they don't fill up the fries. Why the franchise hasn't been pulled is beyond me. Look through the reviews, and when you think McDonald's, drive past this one.

awkward to order a happy meal for a girl and the response is that they don't gender the happy meals.. then the worker was doing sign language.. then I had to pull up and wait 25 minutes for two meals.

This is the most horrible McDonalds EVER!!!! Today got there 11 so should have had fresh HOT FOOD. ALL COLD. FRIED WAS COLD AND GREASY FROM BEING COLD!!!!! Never can get good food or service here. Didn’t have time to go to our favorite one in Richmond Ind on 27north. I can go on and on about how CRAPPY EATON IS. BUT I THINK YOU NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND GET GOOD MANAGEMENT ANYWAYS IT SUCKED TODAY!!!! Waste of money

Terrible service. Forgot ranch sauce and the large cup with the order and walked away. Had to wait for another employee to complete the things that were easily read on the ticket. You’re paying that employee too much.

Got my McCafe coffee through the app with curbside service. Coffee was correct, staff was nice. The app always has fantastic discounts. Plenty of parking with ample spots for curbside pickup.

2nd time in a row, I ordered two double hambugers and got singles. One was two daily doubles and I got singles. I'm already home when I find out and in not going back out to make my order right. Come on guys, do better.

I ordered food at 11:00 it is 11:29 and I'm still waiting on a Big Mac and fry. I eat here often and to be honest it's usually very very slow .. Food is good but if your on a lunch break good luck ..

4/27/25 - Came here for breakfast and they didn’t have hashbrowns ready on a Sunday morning. Pulled 5 cards and had to wait 15 minutes.

McDonald’s has went downhill! The cost of a Big Mac meal is just shy of $10 which is CRAZY! Especially when it tastes like crap. Only thing left on the menu that tastes good is the mocha frappe.
