Terribly managed. So many employees and they literally park every single person coming through the drive through. With no line built up at all. And poor communication causes a cycle of messed up orders and having to guess what car an order belongs to. Be like every well managed McDonald’s and limit your parked cars to large orders and 2 cars parked max. Dumb and lazy and inefficiently managed.

Placed a simple order through the drive though 20 pc. A cheeseburger and medium fries. Had to wait on the nuggets and when we did our order the fries were missing. When I went in with my order and let the young lady know about the missing fries she went back and got them and just asid here ya go. No apologies for messing up my order or for the inconvenience of having to go inside. Not happy with the service at all.

Ordered for dine in. Was ordered by the kiosk to take my table card and enter it in. Only to sit for 15 minutes and walk up to the counter to find my order in bags for "dine in 54" yet three employees standing around. Plus the order didn't have the drinks ready because they were for dine in.

I've ordered any different ways from McDonald's. Whether that's at the counter, drive thru, or curbside. Every time I go here, no matter how I order.... it always takes no less than 20 minutes to receive my food. I don't order a lot of food. Usually just burgers, fries, and a drink. Then when I finally receive my food, it's always cold. ALWAYS! Tonight, on 11/15/24, I had to heat my food on my dashboard. I couldn't take the time to have them fix it as I was heading into my third shift job. So I had to suck it up and eat reheated dashboard food.

This is the worst McDonald's i think i have been to. They are slow as hell everytime you go through the drive thru it takes 10 min and they make you pull forward. They mess up my order everytime I go there. I will go somewhere else before I go there. The food is over priced but that is everywhere now.
So no change in Mc Dee’s across the pond either the hamburgers were cold and limp.

Never use the outside line at the drive thru, it runs 6 times slower than the inside line! Either horribly understaffed, which means cleaning is nonexistent, or they put the trainees on that duty. Also this is one of the most expensive McDonalds in the region for some reason.
