Got my McCafe coffee through the app with curbside service. Coffee was correct, staff was nice. The app always has fantastic discounts. Plenty of parking with ample spots for curbside pickup.
Ordered a milk shake which the sign board said $3.59 and it was actually $3.99 at the window. Not a big deal. For some strange reason I told the window guy that the signage menu board was incorrect and he told me that the shakes are not actually on the menu board. Hey sparky.. 100% sure that they are because that is how people order off the menu.
Terribly managed. So many employees and they literally park every single person coming through the drive through. With no line built up at all. And poor communication causes a cycle of messed up orders and having to guess what car an order belongs to. Be like every well managed McDonald’s and limit your parked cars to large orders and 2 cars parked max. Dumb and lazy and inefficiently managed.
