When ordering the fella that don't speak English inputted my order incorrectly the first incident and added 57 dollars worth of pepperchinis. I swore the place off but tonight I caved when my kids asked. The new fella who didn't speak English took close to 20 minutes to take my order and quoted a delivery time of 40 minutes. At the 70 minute mark I called to check on the order and they had just put it in the oven and said "them guys are never right" in regards to the call center they use. I will not do business with them ever again

I don’t enjoy placing a carryout order only for my fiancé to go in and get stuck chatting so much that the new employee cutting the pizza had to be stopped by my fiancé to ask for it to be cut into squares as requested. Even then, the job wasn’t done right. I didn’t think I’d have to finish cutting the pizza myself at home. Train your staff better.
