They were short on staff but were quick with our order. Several tables were overflowing with large groups but wait staff took great care of their customers. Oh, the pizza was fantastic too.

The food is usually great, when you can order it. For the past month, online ordering through the app has not worked and multiple complaints to staff has been made because twice we have driven to the store for an order that didn't go through despite order confirmation on the app and tonight we called the callcenter to place an order & they confirmed twice the order was placed. We drove 15 minutes to the store just for the staff to claim they had no order for us and they were already closing up at 9:15 despite the hours online stating they were open until 10pm. Honestly losing this restaurant would not be a loss to Eaton.

We had my son’s birthday party here at Eaton’s Pizza Hut and it was amazing and was a memory our family will never forget!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I was trying to order a meal off the app and internet. I called the store and spoke Kaylin and the supposed manager Vanessa. They were rude and very disrespectful. Don't ever go here they will not help you nor give you good customer service. There are better pizza places out there with friendly employees. DONT GO HERE!!!

Ordered a hand tossed super supreme no pork. Add banana peppers. Crust well done and square cut. Pizza came with the pork on it and no banana peppers. Crust was not well done. The pizza had been cut twice. 1st cut was pie cut and then they realized the mistake and cut it the second time square cut. The pizza looked like it had been shaken a couple of times. The taste was normal Pizza Hut flavors. Just not what was ordered and paid for.
Pizza was underdone and ordered extra pepperoni. Does this pizza look like it has extra pepperoni? It's like anything else. You pay more and get less, but I'm very disappointed in Pizza Hut in Eaton.
