We were served, but the service just wasn't up to par. This was at the Eaton, Ohio store. We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and got one with no sauce and when asked for a cup of sauce and to explain to the server that we got the pizza with no sauce he walked away before we could explain to him why we needed it. The pizza just wasn't right without the sauce on it. Yes, we should have had them make another one, but just didn't want to deal with it and wait so just dipped it in the cup of sauce. We also ordered a sub that was supposed to have dressing on it and a pickle spear and I got neither and had to ask for that and again the server acted like we were bothering him. Then when he brought the bill we asked for a to go cup and a box and when he came back all I got was the to go cup. Had to go get my own box. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Pizza Hut used to be so good! I ordered last night and got a pepperoni bacon cheese pizza with like zero cheese. It was insane. There were barely any toppings at all so very disappointed. Also, why is there no Alfredo sauce or ranch sauce options anymore?

Ordered carry out for lunch. Pizza was really good and the girl behind the counter was great. Very respectful and she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch. I'll definitely go back.

When I ordered it took almost $80 and they charged me twice. I still haven’t received the $80 they owe. Even tho they said it would take 24-48 hours and it’s been that long. They need to figure the stuff out or get new workers

pizza is uncut, cold, items were missing they don't deliver to anyone outside of the main downtown area of eaton. pizza/ bread sticks had little to no toppings horrible customer service.
