Me and my family always get food from here, and you honestly never know how the experience will be. Sometimes they'll get the order right and they'll be nice, and there have been multiple occasions where they are very rude and don't get everything in the order.

Picked up order to eat at home. Get home, all 9 items that needed to be cheese free due to allergies had cheese, missing another 4 items. Go back to restaurant and they won't correct the mistake because we had to dispose of allergy-containing items and didn't bring them back to the store. A complete waste of time and money.

We will not be back to this location. My husband went to pick up an order for me and they claimed someone else picked it up. They told him a female in the drive thru picked up my mobile order at 12:46 PM on 10/24, the exact time I placed the order. They were rude and unhelpful, did not offer to remake the order or account for their mistakes. We will be going to the New Lebanon location from now on, I hear from several people that it's much better quality all around. Too bad it's not as close as the one in Eaton but this place just stinks.

So to start off we went in to order and we placed an order at the kiosk and selected to pay with cash. We waited at the register for 10 minutes and no one came all while the man making the food was groaning and cussing loudly. We decided to go through the drive through and we waited on our food for another 10 minutes. Asked for bacon and nacho cheese on my quesadilla and didn’t get either and no jalapeños on the Crunchwrap. Literally the worst service.

Every single time we order, something is either missing, or messed up. Staff is typically rude, so going in to get it fixed is actually more of a hassle than just saying forget it. So if you want Taco Bell, Richmond East might be best bet. And I despise going to Richmond for anything, so if I’m recommending it…. I mean.

Trash food sucks wasn’t done all the way food wasn’t even made right when going in an asking for it to be replaced they was rude than my food looked like there was spit in it won’t be coming back an will be posting it everywhere about this place

I wouldn't go to this Taco Bell again if my life depended on it. Went there late one night 5/23/2025 around 1:45am and got some food. About 8 hours later around 10am my debit card number was being used to buy cryptocurreny online. They got me for $400. Im not a person who just carelessly throws my debit card number around to just any vendor. I dont do a bunch of online shopping. Only through Amazon. So being as I've narrowed it down to this store and one of their 3rd shift workers, I will never go to this location ever again, and I will advise anyone I talk to to not go here either.
