Placed an order for three tires a week ago that Walmart canceled in error. We re-ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for 7am-8am today (the earliest available appointment) to have them installed. At 2am this morning, Wal-Mart canceled our order and appointment due to a "glitch" in the system. When we arrived at the auto center to find out what was going on, they said our tires (which were delivered to the store several days ago) weren't even there and that we had no appointment. Even though I have a screen shot showing the scheduled appointment date and time. I escalated the issue with Wal-Mart customer service, who told me I'd have to re-order the tires for a third time. Absolutely not. I *never* complain but this is outrageous. Our vehicle, which is used as a source of income via Uber, has been out of commission for a week because of the Auto department's incompetence and they are completely unwilling to correct their error. Do not use the Eaton Wal-Mart Auto department if you value your time, money or vehicle.

Never enough checkout lanes open. It appears they expect people to do the self checkout. That's ok if you only have a few items. It makes me reluctant to go back.

The Eaton Ohio store use to be my favorite store but NO LONGER! I called them to help me after 2 of my printers bought from there died in 1year and 1 1/2 yr, both with warranty's on both them and it use to be that you'd bring your warrant item to store with the warranty and exchange it for the replacement, but NO THEY HAD TO GO AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE WARRANTY IMPLEMENTED! I had boxed up the printer that died thinking I was just one step away from getting the printer I desperately needed! But no Walmart has made the warranty process a complete and utter mess! ALLSTATE now processes the warranty policy and they are so worthless it's unreal! After making a claim for then a week ago and it got approved day one I still don't have my money nor will I have for a month from now if it doesn't get lost! Now after filing a claim I bought a printer off there site bc nothing was in the store and that just made the issue worse! Ordered it on Dec 4th with a delivery of Dec 9th which would have been fine and save me but Walmart made it worse by marking that printer I bought in half and then sold out of every printer to be had and then they took my guaranteed delivery date and changed it to DONT know when you will get it or even if you will get it! Then Walmart tried to cancel my order against my will and screw me worse bc I told them I will NEVER CANCEL THAT ORDER ILL WAIT FOR HOW long it takes to GET IT! This mess means I've been without a printer for over a week and can't do my business which I'm very very close to losing bc apparently every staples Office Depot and all the rest in this category have sold out the same kind of printers because they have priced them to prices never seen before! Now Walmart problem! I bought mine at full price had a delivery date and they screwed me with their sale when mine should have been here the 9th like promised from 6/7 reps 3 supervisors told me it WILL BE DELIVERED THE 9th no matter what and didn't WALMART NEXT PROBLEM; I was promised a series of things from a supervisor the night before it was due to be delivered and all those promises was made after putting me thru heck and back if they couldn't get me my printer by the Dec 9/10th that they promised the following! They would send the printer in my Walmart CART along with the warranty plan 45$ and compensate me (1000$)for all the business I can't conduct bc I don't have the ability to do anything without my printer and have been a week behind because of the cluster Walmart created! Walmart has backed out of everything they said and done with this situation! How much money do you think Walmart has made by selling products on sale and not having the inventory to send to people and they have that money and we have no product and don't know when it will be delivered! Walmart has fried me completely and utterly and I'm losing everything I've worked for all my life bc they won't pony up for what was promised! Stop shopping there, send a bad review showing support call them and tell them to make it right for me! Make a video telling Walmart what their doing to me is wrong! Anything to make this not happen to another person that's a little person in a big pond trying to make it life! Shame shame Walmart DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE THAT PAY YOU!

I think it's a fine store and employee's are helpful in food department. Several cashiers seem to be a little slow, but they are all very nice.

Walmart has chosen to check receipts upon leaving their stores. After 27 years of military service, I have learned that this questions our integrity. Being called a thief after purchasing hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars worth of items is very insulting. This is the ONLY store I have been subjected to any type of hazing (which includes DirectTV and ING in Walmarts electronic section). I own everything in my cart at the moment they took my money, so in essence they are requesting to look at MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. What is next? Looking in my wallet, my wifes purse, or our vehicle? A little advise, loss prevention is a store issue and not a law-abiding customer problem therefore I recommend putting your greeters on a cash register and take away self check outs and large items purchased throughout your store have identifying tape adhered to it to confirm it has been purchased. I fully understand that enough theft will cost us all the stores in our communities, however, there are smarter ways to combat these challenges without assuming we are guilty before innocent.

Lots of necessary items in a smaller store. They have everything you need. I got a great pillow on top of everything else!

Great place to shop for any of your needs. Employees are always nice, although they do not know much about anything. . .

Do NOT go to the Tire & Lube Express. Was hours late for work once because they somehow managed to break the driver's side windshield wiper arm off my car while changing my oil. Left my car there overnight another time so it could be fixed first thing in the morning; two straight days I got there to find they hadn't fixed it, no one in the department knew anything about it, and weren't going to be able to fix it that day. The customer service at this store is a joke. That is all.

Too often this Wal-Mart does not have the products I am looking for in stock. I ask the food workers and I am told "It's on the truck" which I suppose is code for "we got it but I ain't putting it out for you to buy" The employees are not particularly friendly or helpful, not that I blame them, I would be too, if I worked there.

Please help me understand the point in your 'greeters'. I purchased four things from this location today and as I left the door security went off. The greeter was so poorly trained that he didn't understand what the abbreviations on the receipt meant! He then looked at me like I was supposed to tell him how to do his job! Absolutely ridiculous! Either train the Damn greeters appropriately or don't have them! The whole situation was embarrassing and completely avoidable! I will not be back as I will ALWAYS take my business to the Kroger Marketplace in Oxford even if it is a farther drive!

I swear, this Walmart rages me on a weekly basis. I guess most Walmarts do but this is the one I frequent most for groceries. Why do I keep going back? Well, because the other option is the world's tiniest Kroger. This Walmart is infuriating. They never have anything I want or need, the employees are mostly useless. One time, I asked where a specific item was, the employee said "I dunno", shrugged his shoulders, and turned away from me. They never have enough check out lanes open. That's probably what gets me the most. 400 check out lanes and they have 2 open. What about the 64 employees that are milling about doing nothing? Can't they work a cash register? So frustrating. It's an ongoing battle. One star for the Subway inside. They do good work.

It's super! Yes, well, okay, then, on to it. There isn't anything really wrong with it compared to any other Walmart. They're all very much the same. Staff are friendly (more than Richmond, but then, it's Eaton), the merchandise is plentiful, and there are not loads of merchandise in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves. I was once at this store in a 20 items or less (fewer!) lane with my parents and some woman and her mother had a cart full. The cashier stopped at 20 items and the woman asked why she stopped, so the cashier told her that was the intended 20 item limit and the woman looked stupidly at the cashier as though there was no personal limit for her. Of course, the cashier continued but it was nice to see someone remind the senseless and inconsiderate that their actions are noticed. The pause was almost insignificant but it brought a significance to the moment. I haven't been to have my hair cut there lately, but if Amanda is still there, she's quite good.

I visited the walmart store in Eaton, Oh this weekend to inquirw about a couple of rifle purchases intend to make soon. I was helped by an associate named Tammy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the rifles, including the special order process.
