I really don't understand how your staff can get orders wrong every time it's absolutely astonishing because I know toddlers that can count to 3 but adults at your store can't. Your service is disgusting.

The food was ok, fries and chili were cold like always, I asked for a potato instead of fries so there's that. The employees were very nice and polite they just have a hard time getting orders right.

After driving over 2 hours in the country and FINALLY reaching civilization, I encountered this restaurant and thought I would grab me a sandwich...bad idea! Fries were burnt and old, sandwich had a soggy tomato and entirely too much mayonnaise on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich, and not one napkin! Seriously?! I didn't even bother going back inside to fix it because I could tell nobody gave a crap...just pathetic.

Way over priced for what you get. I quit buying Frosty because the kids are trained they get a bonus for not filling up the cups that are already shrunken down and over priced. The fries were good the 2 times out of the last 10 times I got them, they are usually cold and only half filled. More bonus for the kids I guess? Rumor has it the chicken is lab grown meat because it is so thin and there is no more chicken breast sandwich anymore. That little cup of chili is worth $2.49 at most. Applebee's, wings etc, BW3, Bob Evans and more have much more food that's hot, fresh and more affordable than Wendy's now. They went from being my #1 go to down to way off my list. Its a shame

Forgot my fries called them and they didn’t seem apologetic or anything. Sad waited 10 minutes and I was the only person in line nobody was in the lobby and they still mess it up.

We had two son of the baconators and a large Wendy's fry. Very good combination especially with their lemonade would highly recommend this place, especially on a hot day. Get in. Get out of the heat. Get in the air conditioning. Enjoy the fresh food and good conversation
The manager, Dave, didn't get my order right, wouldn't refund my money. I called corporate, they've had several calls about Dave and the unfriendly service at this location. My money was refunded five minutes after leaving the store. Dave you need to get better training. No wonder your entire staff is miserable working with you. We went to McDonald's down the street and the atmosphere there was so much better! McDonald's workers at the Eaton location are so much happier than the Wendy's workers!! The atmosphere and management tells a lot about the work environment! Due better Wendy's.

The food was great. Very hot. Alicia was great taking my order. The only complaint I have is that the pop station was dirty and the floor had pop on it and very sticky. The counter where the straws and ketchup are needed some attending to also. Things just needed to be wiped off and the floor. In case someone slipped. There were people doing nothing, they could've cleaned to counters up.

Unfriendly service asked for Dr Pepper out of the freestyle machine Dr Pepper was out and so was a few others that I tried. The machine didn’t look like it’s been clean for a while. Stopped in for a soda only wasn’t too impressed. A lot of employees doing nothing and the place needed to be cleaned. The floor and tables was nasty.
