“This is the original location for Kewpee Hamburgers. It's very small, best to find off site parking and order inside. There's a drive-thru, but you only get 2 cars in line before it backs into the street. But the food is so worth it. Hamburgers are top notch. Fries are good, but a bit pricey for the small amount. Best value soda is the Double Large. Still have yet to try their malts, but one of these times I plan to. It's really the only place to eat in Lima. All other fast food is worthless compared to Kewpee.“

“Visited for the first time, great food, able to accommodate some food allergies, just ask when ordering your food. The employees love what they do and appeared to love what they do.
Food is inexpensive and great.
If it's your first time here, let them know, or let someone in line know.
There are 2 cash registers/order points, and 2 lines. It is busy, but the lines move really fast.“

“As always, incredible food. I went for my usual lunch - Double cheeseburger and a double large soda, but added fries this time. Just wish we got more for our money on the fries, but definitely can't go wrong on the rest. If you're in Lima, this is a must try! So many outside of Lima don't know about this place, but should!“

“Never been disappointed here. Great menu for vegetarians. The Impossible Whopper is amazing. The staff is always friendly. No one ever looks like they don’t care or hate their life, which is refreshing when you yourself have had a long day. We love this place and eat there often.“

“Katherine is great with my group. I have a group of people with special needs and she is always helpful and kind to them . They now make the crowns for Burger King on Fridays. They have such a great relationship with Katherine. She is so nice to them and caring“

“We always go to this location I went in and ordered two whopper meals with 2 milkshakes everything was so good as always but the fries had a little too much salt is my only complaint. Sandwiches were made special just how we like! Delicious! :)“

“This is a quaint cute little place where you order at the counter and then find your seat and then call out your name and you can pick it up. We went here for Valentine's Day. Thought it was appropriate. We were on vacation and in town doing some shopping. We wanted an old fashioned burger. Well we found one. The burgers have a good flavor. The toppings were very fresh and the bun was good. They must use decent oil because we had pickles, onion rings and french fries and all three are very crisp and very good tasting. We decided after we ate our meal that we would have some ice cream she had the caramel coffee drink and I had the Oreo ice cream? That's kind of like a blizzard... Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean and it had nice restrooms. Stop by and get an old-fashioned burger if you're in town..“

“When I walked into the store today, Terrance was taking food to a couple at a table and I was watching while I waited for him to return to the counter. This young man was so pleasant with the guests. He then came to wait on me and while doing so was taking care of customers on his headset as well. He has OUTSTANDING customer service and should be commended for it.“

“I'm somewhat of a connoiseur of ice cream, and I have frequented a lot of Dairy Queen locations. This is, by far, the best Dairy Queen I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The General Manager, in particular, delivered great service - with a smile!😀“

“Was a little hesitant to go after some of the recent reviews. But glad I did. Staff was friendly, food was good and fresh. The bang for buck is unmatched.
To the owners, keep an eye on your service. It will make or break a restaurant. But from what I saw I'll be going back.“
