Good beer, good Staz-sticks and good pizza. Very friendly staff.
Who knew the best pizza and beverages were only a few miles away? Big smiles and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back.
Want a perfect Elmore night? Hit the park with your kids, then walk across the street to the Bistro. A variety of beers on draft, wine, and delicious pizza! The staff is friendly and attentive and you get to see all neighbors and friends. It is truly a place where you can sit back and relax.
Shared an Italian salad and panini... delicious! Loved the Red Moscato... date night!
We were traveling to Notre Dame to move in my Daughter. We were getting hungry and found DeStazios Bistro on Google Maps. Wow, the pizza and cheese garlic bread sticks were delicious. The waitress packed everything up for us to go. It is a great stop along the turnpike and we will stop again.
Throughly enjoyed the ambiance of the Bistro. Appreciated the live music being at a conversation capable level. The bartenders were very knowledgeable of their drink menu, and executed them flawlessly, while providing good conversation. ??
Loved the pizza, had 2 different kinds both great. Selection of beer was vast. Staff were fun and helpful, great. Dooley Wilson the 1 man band was great on the Resonator guitar, reminded us of Sandy Landerth(spelling).
An absolute find for those who road trip and those who love small town bistros. Close off the highway but not so close that with each bite of your beer cheese and pretzels there’s a hint of gasoline. We ordered two wonderfully and appropriately priced paninis, and enjoyed woofing down every scrumptidillyocious bite with gusto. My mother said the spicy mustard and pickle combo on her panini in particular was so smackin, she almost went on the off ramp while we re-entered the highway. If you’re bringing your pupperoni on the road with you, the outside seating is pawed-friend friendly, so you can bring great aunt sue as well as the dog! (laugh out loud) Adding this to the list of stops in my road trip stop list of stops listed to stop at. ?!
Elmore needed this and the pizzeria. It's a start if they want the town to grow. Great service, great staff and great food! Wonderful to see and spar with you a bit Mike!
Love the panini's here. Good selection of craft beer and wine as well. Friendly staff. Recommend!!

Absolutely amazing pizza and Staz Sticks! Plus I loved their back patio which is dog friendly ?
We love the bistro. We are regulars. The owners and staff are amazing and the food is great!
Great atmosphere and fun experience. Local music night is wonderful. Nice to see the community coming out and having fun!
Salad was okay, basically romaine lettuce with a package of Greek dressing. Pizza was good, certainly not the best I've ever had.
