Disappointing experience second time now. Won’t try again. I always try to support small local businesses but I can’t really recommend this place. Customer service should be much better when an order is messed up. Got one answer then put on hold then hung up on while waiting. Just not worth the money.

While passing through to Cleveland from Chicago, we try to avoid rest area food options and seek out small diners. Village Inn Grill is just a quick detour from I90 and worth it. Great food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Located in a cute small town. Parking was limited but we found a spot around the corner.

It's a local diner with ambiance. The menu is not too overwhelming. The Hot Roast beef sandwich was very good as were the mashed potatoes and gravy. You could tell everything is homemade. Service was prompt, even though there was a sign letting you know it may be slow. I will definitely go

Their quality has been consistent for years, and their fried foods is always amazing. Their fries are the best I've had and all of their baskets are really really good. The portion sizes are nice too. It really would be worth trying, I've never had better.

Service-> friendly and attentive. Chilli dog was huge. Cod was very good. Ruben is spectacular!! Fries very crispy and delicious!! Will definitely be back for breakfast! Doesn't get much better for a small town Cafe'.
