My order was placed 2 days ago to be ready the time that I arrived. I had to wait half an hour. As I waited, there was very little communication between the employees and the customers that would come in. Overall poor experience.
This location makes me sad, I ordered the same coffee every time but it always tastes different than the last time I got it. Seems like each time I go through there are new employees, and their attitude is worse than the ones that were there before them. I work in customer service, I understand it's not a fun job. Holiday season... Let me just say how much of a pleasure it was to visit this location after being disrespected at the abbe rd location...helpful and friendly....I am picking up donuts for VA outpatient surgery Center because they deserve our respect...
