Normally I would give this store 5 stars. The service has always been great, and my coffees mostly made right. If something wasn't, they were quick in fixing the problem, and always nice in doing so. But this last week, I have sat at the drive through window several times, watching other cars go infront of me (I'm assuming online pick ups) for no exaggeration, 25 mins one day, and 22 the following, before anyone said a single word to me. We visit this location quite regularly. I wish that I would have caught her name after all these visits, but there is a sweet blonde gal that works the drive thru window pretty often, who is ALWAYS so kind to us! This morning though, she really went above and beyond and I would love for her wonderful customer service to be recognized!

Dunkin’ helped make my son’s morning extra special!! I called them to see if they would write a note on a box of donuts that the tooth fairy left a special package for
Him!! They also played along when we came thru the drive thru and when I asked if the Tooth Fairy left something, the girl say “yes we have the package”!! He was so surprised and excited!!! Thank you again Dunkin’ 🦷🧚🏼♀️🍩❤️
