The pizza I picked up was hot and fresh. I ordered pepperoni and sausage. The sauce has a nice tomato flavor and the toppings were well balanced. The employee at the counter was friendly and courteous.
Best Marcos/pizza by far. They make their food significantly better from the appearance to taste. Only one I’ll order from.

They made the pizza wrong then when I called about it I was told I would have a24 dollar credit and use the name Amanda then I notice my card was charged an extra 10 dollars and no credit this place is a joke and a rip off stay clear...

All 5 stars except for their website !! The prices they have in the web they do not honor ! Or it's 5 dollars more in the store seems like false advertising to me! And u would think they would still honor the pricing since it says right in there!! But nope they want to charge at least 5 dollars more!! Ur food is delicious but y'all need to fix ur advertising!!!

Ordered for the first time at this Detroit Rd location yesterday. I hope it wasn't just my lucky day but the 2 pizza we ordered were absolutely delicious. Hot, fresh crust, all of the toppings were cook well including the sausage. They also added the extra cheese we paid for. I hope they are consistent with the way they prepare the pizza. Our pizza were absolutely perfect. The location on N Ridge Rd near us has been a fail consistently. Please keep doing a awesome job. We truly appreciated and enjoyed our first order on yesterday. Will definitely order again.Thank you

I ordered pizza here on line and was told it would be here by 5:45 called at 6 said they were waiting for the delivery guy to come back and it would be here callat 6 :15 they said it was delivered they would call back to let me know what was going on called back at 6:30 they said it was delivered I told them that I was outside and no one showed up they said ha I'm the one that delivered your pizza I said it wasn't delivered here they said to call someone else so I went down to dales got excellent pizza so glad I didn't prepay for it or someone else would have gotten free pizza would definitely not recommend this place and I order from Marcos all the time

Marco's makes the best pizza! I used eat there all the time then I moved out of state for 5 years and I was bummed because there wasn't a Marco's nearby ☹️. Came back to Ohio 4 months ago and now I live minutes from one and am so happy again

I walked into the Sheffield/Elyria location and was greeted immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Great service and delicious food.Parking: Plenty of spots and room.

Very disappointed. My husband and I have been long time customers. We recently moved and tried ordering from the local marcos pizza which happens to be this one in particular. We live in a duplex with one door that opens to a hall to both units and our doorbell is broken so I left a note in the delivery instructions to text me when they got here to deliver the pizza. All I got is the text that the pizza was on it's way to be delivered at 8:53pm. Nothing after that. I was watching for the pizza guy and even turned the porch light on. Finally, I checked the app and it said it had been delivered. Funny, cause I never got a text so we had no idea. We go out onto the front porch and our pizza is sitting there on the porch. It’s 9:30pm and my pizza is now cold because you guys didn't want to pay attention to the instructions clearly left for you. Why have that section if it's just going to be ignored? We'll be ordering else where from now on.
