The waiter Anthon was great at the Ruby Tuesday in Elyria,OHIO and the food was amazing.
Our girls love coming to Ruby Tuesday. They are so sad when we visit if they don't get to see their favorite friend, Chand! She is always so kind to them and goes out of her way to make them feel extra special. Ruby Tuesday is incredibly lucky to have her!

Though initial greetings may be lukewarm, the waitstaff eventually relaxes and offers quick, friendly service, making sure groups have a good time. The salad bar is fresh, plentiful, and seasoned just right, offering great value. Guests appreciate prompt seating and fast service, especially during dinner hours on Fridays, calling the restaurant a hidden gem. However, some recent experiences highlight issues such as tough, grisly meat that comes prepackaged, and unprofessional behavior from staff. One customer received a sirloin steak that was like shoe leather and was told the meat's quality was out of their control, which was disappointing. Others mentioned uncleanliness, with green dye or mold on scallops misattributed to parsley. Some found the food flavorless, though tots and strawberry lemonade were enjoyed. Service quality varies, with some staff seeming uninterested, and rudeness from management tainting the experience for others. Despite these concerns, overall, Ruby Tuesday remains a dependable option for a satisfying meal.
