Our family has so often gone to Steak ‘n Shake over the years. It’s always been a favorite. Yesterday we stopped there and it was completely different. It was filthy. The bathroom was appalling. There wasn’t a single clean table or surface. I’m honestly shocked this place hasn’t been shut down for health codes. The food was inedible. We left and will never be returning. It will remain nostalgic for us.
I never leave reviews in anything. But who ever wears the blue button up shirt at this location is a prick, im guessing the manager. If i could give it zero stars I would. Place has turned into a dump.

Tables, floors, and countertops were dirty, everything was self-serve, and only 3 people were working. There was no explanation on how all the equipment worked, and they were out of almost all sodas. The food was not even cooked or tasted very well.
