My only complaint is I never receive the sauces I order. The last two times I ordered a ten piece nugget meal I didn’t get the sauces for the nuggets. Super disappointing.

Shocked that the milkshake machine was actually working this time. Unprofessional group here that just kept complaining about not being treated good and saying that’s why customer service is going down hill.

I went in to order and there was a young guy yelling, obviously he couldn't handle the drive thru. So I waited at the register and a young girl came to the register and just stares at me. No hlo, how can I help you or welcome to mcdonalds. After I stared at her back forcing her to interact she finally did. Not a great person who should be working with people.

Waited in a curbside pick up spot for 30 minutes after checking in Ended up going through the drivethru at that point and the 2nd ordering lane was skipped 3 times. The person in front me ended up leaving the line and I had to ask for someone at the speaker. At the window the cashier said they'd get a manager at the next window. The manager never showed at the window and when I finally got my food the chicken nugget container in the happy meal I order was full of nothing but lettuce

I thought I was going to make a quick stop in for fries before my granddaughter's dance lesson. It took longer than expected. I went inside to order, later determined was not a smart move. I saw first hand that there were plenty of employees. The person at the register took my order and then I waited while the person filling the fry orders was not approached to get my order until after I waited almost 5 min. I prompted the register person to get the fries because I was going to be late. I understand that there is a priority to get the drive thru people served, but the people inside shouldn't be neglected. There was a lot of standing around and whispering without any urgency for quick service inside the store.

this is the only mcdonald’s ik that charges for extra sauce and extra mayo. i think that’s just a robbery and unnecessary honestly. you don’t even put enough mayo on the sw and that’s why i have to get extra in the first place. disappointed in this owners decisions and won’t be returning.
