The worst pizza ever! I ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas. took over an hour and a half to get to me, making it 50 minutes late. When It finally came it looked like it sat out under the sun for an hour The pizza was absolutely dried out, and chewed like rubber, and tasted like dog food. Not to mention, there was hair on one of them and they forgot my stuffed crust… Pizza Hut has completely gone downhill. Their ingredients are shitty and there over priced. That was honestly the worst pizza I had in my life. It was uneditable. Honestly, Pizza Hut makes CCs pizza buffet look like a five star Dining experience.

Was a delightful meal! Been so long like a couple of years or so since I ordered from Pizza Hut, I moved to Massachusetts, came to visit family, son lives down the street and I had ordered for us. I even ordered parmesean cheese, thought was a great price for the little bottle. I had ordered a personal pan pizza and 4 pieces of boneless chicken honey BBQ, I thought was really good! Pizza was also made really good! I was totally satisfied! Pla e was pretty much empty. Hope they never close this Pizza Hut!! Thank you crew!

Amazing service and staff here! They went above and beyond with correcting an issue they had with my order. The guy working the pick up window was super nice and helpful! The food also tasted wonderful and fresh. It was a great experience and made the rest of my night so much better. Thank you!

Something happened with an order of mine that I've never had happen before. About 3 weeks ago and in the spirit of being polite, I'm just not going to go into it. But this is basically the only pizza hut that I eat at.

If I could give a zero, I totally would! Was quoted 35-45 mins for delivery. It took 1h:20m! And was delivered by a door Dasher! I ordered directly from Pizza Huts website! Tried to contact our location, only to find out that it's a call center! Got hung up on 3 TIMES by the store! On hold for over 30 mins, only to be hung up on. Pizza was delivered, ICE COLD! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?! This will be the very last time we EVER order from this Company again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

We ordered delivery for dinner last night. Small, simple order for 2 people. Low and behold, we did not get the 2 Ranch cups we ordered AND PAID FOR......AGAIN!!!! This keeps happening with this same location in Elyria on Abbe Rd. I don't know why I bother continuing to order from them. We've also had cheesesticks delivered instead of breadsticks in the past. Just seems like they can never get our order right! And the last time we ordered, one of our items was a plain cheese pizza. They actually called me to ask me how to make it!!!! They didn't understand no toppings meant cheese and sauce!! How ridiculous!!!! I try to give the benefit of the doubt and 2nd chances, but I just don't know if it's worth the headache at this point to give more chances. Why order from them when I can pretty much guarantee the order will be messed up and/or missing items? Waste of money!! I have tried to contact them via their contact form on my computer, my phone browser, and their app, but I keep getting an error message! So, can't even let them know they need to work on being better! UGH!!!!

Absolutely a waist of money, waited an hour and a half for a pizza, called to find out what the delay was about, manager told me pizza was delivered, sure enough there it was left on front step, funny I get an uncooked , obviously cold from sitting outside , didn’t know it was so difficult to cook a pizza and deliver one to my door with me knowing it’s been deliverer, do not order from this branch, you will get an under cooked pizza and terrible service
