If I could give a zero, I totally would! Was quoted 35-45 mins for delivery. It took 1h:20m! And was delivered by a door Dasher! I ordered directly from Pizza Huts website! Tried to contact our location, only to find out that it's a call center! Got hung up on 3 TIMES by the store! On hold for over 30 mins, only to be hung up on. Pizza was delivered, ICE COLD! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?! This will be the very last time we EVER order from this Company again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

We ordered delivery for dinner last night. Small, simple order for 2 people. Low and behold, we did not get the 2 Ranch cups we ordered AND PAID FOR......AGAIN!!!! This keeps happening with this same location in Elyria on Abbe Rd. I don't know why I bother continuing to order from them. We've also had cheesesticks delivered instead of breadsticks in the past. Just seems like they can never get our order right! And the last time we ordered, one of our items was a plain cheese pizza. They actually called me to ask me how to make it!!!! They didn't understand no toppings meant cheese and sauce!! How ridiculous!!!! I try to give the benefit of the doubt and 2nd chances, but I just don't know if it's worth the headache at this point to give more chances. Why order from them when I can pretty much guarantee the order will be messed up and/or missing items? Waste of money!!
I have tried to contact them via their contact form on my computer, my phone browser, and their app, but I keep getting an error message! So, can't even let them know they need to work on being better! UGH!!!!

We tried to go in to order a pizza and the doors was locked and they said they were open online and the door said they were open and we gave them a call and telling them that we are outside and asking them if the doors are locked and they said that they are going to put us on hold to go check the doors and left us on hold for 10 minutes and never checked the door BAD SERVICE

Absolutely a waist of money, waited an hour and a half for a pizza, called to find out what the delay was about, manager told me pizza was delivered, sure enough there it was left on front step, funny I get an uncooked , obviously cold from sitting outside , didn’t know it was so difficult to cook a pizza and deliver one to my door with me knowing it’s been deliverer, do not order from this branch, you will get an under cooked pizza and terrible service

I wasn't really going to say anything, because it wasn't really worth my time. But since google felt the need to send me a push notification asking for a review, here it is.
The last 3 times we've had pizza hut we've been disappointed in one way or another. These 3 trips were at two different locations so I will only focus on what happened at this location.
Time 1: we were not given our drink with our order, and when asked if we could get it free on our next order as compensation, we were informed that doing so would be impossible.
Like, it's just a 2 liter. It didn't break us. But the principle that we didn't get what we paid for. (Same thing happened with cheesy bread at the Colorado road location)
That's not even what upset me.
My food is wrong, nearly every time. Finally, I stopped ordering my pizza the way I like it and start ordering a menu pizza. Then the menu pizza arrives, usually also incorrect, but mainly INEDIBLE. The crust was so hard on my last pizza I could knock it on my plate and it made a loud noise. Now I'm all for a little crispity crunchin, even though I have bad teeth, but man I did not order a pizza rock! If I wanted something inedible I'd have had my boyfriend cook.
All in all, we seem to be coming to the conclusion that you just can't get a decent meal for a decent price anymore.
Lessons well learned.

This was the first time in a long time we decided to order a pizza instead of doctrine up a frozen one from Aldis. What a huge mistake! $15 pizza, $5 delivery fee and a $5 tip = nothing but disappointment.
Now, this was on 6/15 around 2:30ish...
Maybe they have better cooks in the evening ?♀️ the pizza was hot and the driver was polite

Late night boneless chicken run. After we ordered, we figured out they had a deal that would be cheaper, so I asked about it at the drive-thru, and he fixed it to save me $6.

Ok I ordered a large pizza meat lovers I told the gentleman that I needed a couple of sauces in a 2 l Pepsi I got the pop and a pizza was not that great I called up there to mention about the sauces well you didn't tell me that I said yes I did I said I told you what I wanted we talked about sauces and he says yes we talked about sauce but you didn't tell me you wanted any I said yes I did I said I wanted two ranches and two liter a Pepsi and he got a lot cocky towards the end and I says you know what I'll just never order from you guys again I'm from out of town don't even live in the state if you just sit there and say that to me and hang up on me trust me I work for a big company a very big company in a lot of people are going to about this . Have a great night and I hope the gentleman that I talk to you it's all he was Mexican or something I hope you lose your job because that's not proper customer service you don't hang up on somebody you make it right things happen.

I called in to check on my order because the online tracker showed that the pizza was ready and would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. We live less than 10 minutes from the store (5 on a good day with no red lights) so we were confused and would just go pick the pizza up ourselves if it was just going to be riding around in someone’s car that whole time. The woman who answered was grumpy from the start of the call and responded when I asked that she didn’t know when the pizza would get there but that the tracker doesn’t mean anything and that a computer system decides which pizzas get dropped off first on the delivery route. I told her that I understood the driver had to make multiple stops but one time we ordered from another pizza shop that literally drove our pizza to North Ridgeville and back and it was cold and hard by the time it was delivered. She cut me off and put the phone down to go “check” on my pizza, came back and very rudely told me it would be there in the next 15 minutes and slammed the phone down. She obviously didn’t check because the delivery driver was walking up to my door as she hung up on me so it arrived in plenty of time and could have just been kind on the phone. The delivery driver was so nice which is the only reason I’m not giving one star. I hope to never deal with this woman again because she either hates her job or hates her life. The food was just okay.
